Omg!! This store!! Was amazing Ryan went above and beyond for me!!! I accidentally returned a package with other items in it and he went through several other very full boxes looking for my package!! At least 20 minutes!!! I’m not sure of any other company willing to put in that effort! This guy needs a raise! His customer service was top notch! Thank you again Ryan you savedMe at least 50 dollars

I sent a very important document thru this UPS store about April if this year. I only live 6 mins. away from their shop and document was going to Rancho drive. I had it as a priority mail, overnight they said. Document never got to the recipient and I was charged a ridiculous $80 !!!Weeks after I got a call from them saying document could not be delivered. Every time I call them, nobody knows anything about it! Such incompetent staff!! I got ripped off of $80.I went to FEDEX, copy of same document. Ground priority mail is only $12.22; it will get to recipient by end of next dayI will never avail of UPS service ever again - too pricey, document lost, incompetent staff that need to be either fired or re-trained or shop closed!Go for either FEDEX or USPS. Be warned.

The female manager seemed awesome and polite while she helped me into the fastest way to get a package to a friend. I THOUGHT it was a good experience. However, she never once advised me they would send it through USPS, and so what should have been two days ended up being shipped on a Thursday morning and arrived on a Tuesday very late night for $68 instead of $7. Money laundering anyone? They wouldn't refund me and pushed me onto USPS for my refund!! PATHETIC customer service, I drive to all the other locations, and will only go here if absolutely necessary!!! SCAMMER LOCATION!!!

Tried to charge me $3.50 to print out a return label for Amazon. "That's our policy". That's price gouging you morons. Seriously? Screw you. Horrible pathetic service. Give me a break. A holes.LOL I just read the idiot owners response. I love how the owner wrote some crazy manifesto about "service" but never addressed gouging customers with $3.50 charges to print out an address label. SCREW YOU. YOU SUCK.

I arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing with an extremely large box of Amazon returns. Out of courtesy I let another customer go in front of me because I had a lot of returns. In the middle of my order it became after store hours. I was told they wouldn’t be taking any more of my items and I could come back tomorrow. I found that to be very rude being that I arrived on time and also did something nice for another customer so they didn’t have to wait. I use this UPS store location all the time, but will be looking for another location to go to since it felt like I was basically thrown out the store and had to carry all my items that I struggled to get into the store back to my car. Horrible customer service.Update:I don’t know what you’re talking about in your response because I didn’t do those things. You aren’t talking about me in your reply. However, thank you for confirming it is the right decision to find another UPS location to go to. The response is another clear indication that your customer service is lacking. I do hope your team not only gets the training they need to operate the store but also social media training. Have a blessed day.

If I could rate this location a -1 stars I would, this location has terrible customer service and DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! I have too many complaints to list them all, the top few I will list. My company has a HUGE contract with UPS, we use them to ship EVERYTHING!I went in one day to ship a part, return to my company, I didn't tape up the box, never have. The other store always have provided tape FREE of charge, not my intention, just an oversight on my part. The owner told my with an attitude "I'm going to have to charge you to tape this box up, you need to make sure its taped up before you bring it in". I laughed and asked him jokingly, what is it like a $1? "He said yes, and we don't take cash".. I laughed even more.. I replied "so you are going to charge me a dollar, for tape but the credit card machine company is going to charge you $0.35 to run my card for this $1, so you are really making $0.65 for TAPE?"gets better.. I'm out of town, I asked my son to ship something to me. I sent him the mobile code, which is a Bar code they scan to get the shipping label. I have used it for years. They told him that I needed to provide the mobile number so they could ship it out. Never heard of that before, so while I was trying to look the mobile code up, another person help out my son and got it shipped from the bar code I sent him.Note to owner, TRAIN YOUR STAFF CORRECTLY! Don't worry even though you're the closest to my house I will be going to the other store by the Sky Canyon Smith's they seem to know their job!

Went here to drop off a package. There was one other person before me. The cashier was very nice and professional. I dropped off my package. She scanned it gave me a receipt and I was on my way, inside seemed clean. I literally wasn't there more than 4 minutes.

I've visited this UPS Store many times to return Amazon packages and have always had great service. Today, though, I had exceptional service. I needed to have a book bound and thought this was a service they provided. It is not. Instead of stopping after telling me that, the employee at the front desk searched for where I could have my book bound, and even provided to another store, not even a UPS Store. I was so impressed with her willingness to solve my problem in a way that didn't even benefit the company financially that from now on if I need anything UPS Store-related, this is where I'm coming.

I received the worst customer service from the staff. No where on the website does it state that notary service stop ar 6:45 pm. This was a very important document that a need to get notarized. the staff didn't like that I asked for the manager name to address this issue the employee which was a female hung up the phone on me. I have over 25 years in customer servic. This was unacceptable. Update your website is indeed you stop notarizing at 6:45 pm. You should give all services until the your store closes.

Staff is always helpful. Had to return an Amazon order to usps and they said no problem help me print and said I can leave there for them to pick up. Didn’t even have to go to usps thank you so much for the friendly/helpful service.

This was my favorite UPS location when I lived in Las Vegas, I also rented mailbox there. One of my customers returned package and did not include box number on the package, no one was able to find my package, but manager she was able find my package very quickly by remembering my companies name that was written on the package. The manager was a young blond lady, she was always helpful and always answered all my questions. I give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for a great customer service!

Oh my I cannot believe the business reply. I NEVER asked for a freebie. I asked the new owner to honor a deal from the owner that you purchased the franchise from. I simply asked you to review the email documents I sent and you would clearly understand my position. I have always paid my bills on time which is easy since I have always paid the full amount for the year (past they offered pay for 12 and get 14 when you pay in full) that was the offer I was shocked you did not honor. I paid the previous owner in November for a bill that was due in January 2022. In turn they said I was be getting 14 months for the price of 12. I have the email proof of my due date moving. Again I attempted to handle this with an email of the documents but it was ignored.

Used to be my favorite UPS Store... I had to stop business with them when the previous manager left. The poor employees there are being worked so much and not even getting paid enough for their hard work. So sad to see this store go down hill after so many years. I heard the new owner is a piece of work. Clearly he doesn't see the value of a good employee when he has one. Onto the next store, hopefully they will be better then this one has been to me.
