I’ve dropped packages off here many times, including personal packages and Amazon returns. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. I love this convenient location.

This store wants to charge $2 for a piece of tape to close an Amazon box. I’ll be contacting Amazon. Amazon returns are supposed to be free and easy. This store does not align with that policy. Avoid this UPS store for your Amazon returns.

I live pretty far out of town and this is the closest ups to me. I see on their website that they closed at a certain time to I drove to them only to find out that they closed the store 1.5 hours early today. The people at the store next to them said they don’t keep normal hours. Wow, seems like ups would have a chat with these people.

The staff is not helpful. She tried to charge me $2 to tape my Amazon box UPS that is a horrible policy and I will be sure to tell people not to visit this location! I do not have $2 to waste on a strip of tape, like if I knew you was charging $2 for a piece of tape I would have went to dollar store beforehand. Where is the customer service I swear UPS will not loose any money taping small boxes close that Amazon already pay you to ship! Just a small act of kindness these days would be nice don’t worry UPS will never see me again! I just noticed someone made the same complaint and yes the box and label option is a free option with Amazon you charging people $2 a tape is a UPS option!!! If you was really sorry once yall see people reaction you would just tape to provide customer satisfaction but you truly don’t care and aren’t sorry like I said just a small act of kindness never hurts you never know what people got going on in there day etc exactly why I made time to write this review!

They close early on Sundays. Posting online and the door both say 3pm. It’s 2:10pm and they’re closed.

You guys need a drop box for the packages being delivered to the po boxes so they will stop leaving them outside to be stolen

Charged me $2 to tape a box that used about 5 pieces of tape. Never using this place again.

We met Shar'Nee Brown today who helped us notarize a document. She was FANTASTIC. She was alone in the store, with a long line of customers. Nevertheless, Shar'Nee took care of everyone with a great smile, friendly demeanor, absolute professionalism, and satisfying customer service. She is a TRUE asset to UPS. Thank you Shar'Nee!

Sharnae is so unfriendly every time I have been to this location. She never smiles or says hi to anyone that walks in the door, clearly unhappy and she makes you feel like you are bothering her. Looking at the ratings, it is obvious customer service is not important to the owner of this store!

This store says opens at 8 am weekday and it’s never opened at 8 am, if you plan to do business at a certain time let customers know because we don’t have all the time to wait time it’s money in this country

I was returning an item to Amazon that the box was never opened, but the clerk asking for the original box or I will pay for a box. Although Amazon said no label, no box needed. This is my second time returning to this location and asking me to pay for the box. The first time I paid for it, but not this time. Don’t go to this store , their service is awful.?

Always personable staff... so helpful and they hustle. It's always a pleasure in this day and age to see a team that still prides themselves on service and prioritizes customers over playing on their phones.
