Be careful of this place. There is a worker here who always charges the top price but doesn't tell you or give you options. Case in point I wanted to send a regular envelope via usps with a certified receipt. She inputted it as "ground advantage" which cost me about $8 and doesn't even make sense. I was sending 10 miles way first class for 66 cents would have been fine. I assumed the $8 was the cost of the certified mail so I paid and went on my way. This is not the first time it happened. Unfortunately this place is close to my house so I keep coming back but you have to remind yourself to be cautious

For context, I really only ever go here because it's a super close free drop off location for Amazon returns. Other reviews here initially really put me off, but I've been a few times and no issues. Admittedly it's a simple show them the QR code on your phone and leave the item, so theoretically not much to go wrong, and little interaction with the staff to talk about, so from that point of view it gets a pass.

Great customer service at this UPS store! Carrie went above and beyond to help me return a computer case to Newegg. I really appreciate the help with getting this defective item sent back to the retailer. Thank you!

I was worried about going into this location after reading the reviews - I came prepared with a chat transcript from Amazon saying that I could do a return without a box. Fortunately, I worked with a great employee. It was a bald white man and he was very helpful, quick, friendly and I was in an our quickly. Sounds like all the people who are complaining on here dealt with a woman, but I didn't have even close to a negative experience with the employee that I worked with. Will definitely be back again to do my amazon returns.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Similar to other reviews, some staff at this location are super rude. For the third time in a couple of months, they refused to accept a return. The employee kept telling me the box I was using for the return - which was the manufacturer's box - was not the box it was shipped in AND, if she placed the UPS label on the box, she would be charged by Amazon. I kept telling her that was the box it was shipped in and I simply took the original shipping label off. She continued to tell me I needed another box. I contacted Amazon and they told me this was INCORRECT and set up an at-home pick up due to the wrong information. This has happened so often at this location. I would strongly encourage everyone to take your business (mailbox, shipping, returning, faxing, etc.) to the one on Hualapai or Skye Canyon. I don't know why this location is so insanely difficult to deal with but I'd rather travel an extra quarter mile and avoid this location at ALL costs.

Super rude! This store is just over 1 mile from me. In the past, the staff have been really nice & helpful. However today I called in after dropping off some packages to ask about tracking and the woman who answered was very rude. Basically I asked a question, she answered sounding annoyed, I thanked her, then she said "Yup." then hung up. I was considering getting a mailbox there since I just moved to the area. I'm sooooo glad I didn't! I also will not go here again even tho it's close by. Also going to make sure to spread the word. Too many other options to deal with this rude owner. Going to the one on Farm Road instead.

I've been going to this location since it opened. Recently went to return a couple of items to Amazon. The female working (said she was the owner) was so extremely rude! From the moment I entered she immediately had a horrible attitude. Telling me I needed to have the boxes taped and labeled. I've always had a great experience with the employees who would automatically say not to worry about taping the boxes and they jumped right in and swiftly took care of me. I was in and out. This woman argued that point citing she doesn't care what the employees did and if I don't like it I can go someplace else. Long story short I left. Went to the location on Farm Road where they were excellent. I'll never step foot in this place again! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you want a great experience because you won't get it here! Explains the sign outside looking for employees.

The service requested was an Amazon return. This location is one of Amazon's free return locations. I've brought Amazon returns into this location before, without incident. The 2 associates, a tall man and brown haired woman, were incredibly pleasant and helpful. However, my most recent Amazon return experience was horrible. A blond woman who was working at the counter was rude and verbally aggressive. She was complaining about her computer and the phone before I even requested service. She was dismissive. She told me she was going to have to charge me for the return service. She told me that she would even have to charge me for the tape to close the box. She was yelling at my aunt and I at one point...as we left. I was shocked. Amazon shows on there site that this location is a free drop off site...Just show the return info that is on your phone (Amazon App), and THE UPS STORE associate does the rest. I ended up going to a different UPS location to return my item. I notified Amazon of the problem with "free returns" at this location. I'll never go back to this location. Ever.

Very convenient, friendly staff, can get a bit busy but the staff are efficient and get through the line quickly. Lots of services including notary. I've had a box here for a couple of years.

Terrible customer service! They lost my package more than 30 days ago, they ghost my calls, hang up on me, totally rude and have done nothing to make it right. I insured the packed for $500 and have not gotten 1 penny back yet! I give a negative 5 stars!

If you’ll pay attention to what time you go, you rarely have to wait. The service is exceptional. The store is very clean.

I wish the employees were a bit more helpful and polite with returns and packing options. Not everyone is familiar with what each company requires for a return or what packaging we need to have. We are not employees of UPS nor Amazon. It makes customers feel unprepared and like the employees are frustrated whether it's Amazon or just a personal package to ship. Then they stand there and stare at you like you are wasting their time waiting for you to fix the shipping label issue, etc. This happens almost every time I go in. We all have things going on, so it would be nice to be helped and informed in a nice manner vs. the employees seeming like we are inconveniencing them or annoying them. I will probably go to another UPS store from now on. I'm sure Amazon pays you a fee to take returns so not sure what the problem is. Hopefully a change is made.

Wow just got amazing service and courtesy from Nicholas who notarized my passport without a hitch and took less than 1 minute. True neighborhood asset. Unfortunately the other reviews aren’t so kind to this place so I guess it depends who you get but my experience with Nick has been great. I’ll gladly drive 3 minutes extra to go to this particular UPS store each time I have to drop off a UPS package now just so I can return the favor. Thanks Nick!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service was pretty terrible. They were rude, didn't really want to do their job, and acted like as a customer I was inconveniencing them. Go somewhere else for a better experience, these people really don't care about being kind or about you as a customer and it really shows.
