I’ve been going to the UPS store very very long time and I have no idea why these bad reviews unless people aren’t understanding or paying attention to what is said it’s a shame. His story goes out of its way to make sure that everyone’s taken care of and happy if you’re looking for a UPS store this is the one.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this UPS location, and it’s clear why this store only has a 3-star rating. The employees here are consistently unfriendly, unprofessional, and downright rude.
On multiple visits, not a single worker has smiled, greeted customers, or even said “thank you”—even after I made sure to say it twice! It’s baffling how a business can operate with such a lack of basic customer service. The dismissive attitude and lack of appreciation make every interaction unpleasant.
If the owner actually took the time to read these reviews, they’d see that this is a recurring issue. Customers deserve better—especially when paying for shipping services that aren’t cheap. Until management addresses the poor employee behavior, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Zero stars for customer service. Do better, UPS.

Rip-off!! $15 for a notary signature. Even NY and Chicago stores only charge $5 for a notary.

Closed my box without actually contacting me ever. They contacted 2 deceased people randomly instead and when I pointed this out to them were very indifferent to my concern on the phone. Spoke to Dumi the GM and she was only antagonizing, unprofessional, and unhelpful and not even slightly concerned they didn’t have my updated information on the account to contact. I have had this box for years and couldn’t believe this was the treatment received from its employees.

We’ve been here a few times….So rude today! I went to drop off an Amazon return. They tried to sell me a $17 box to return a $20 item. It was packaged for shipment but Aubree (spelling?) said they wouldn’t take it wrapped in plastic. Hello!!! It came to be in my plastic wrap.It would have been better to be helpful. When I said the return was only worth $20, clearly you should understand I’m buying an overpriced box.- I was going to rent a box during this visit but No Thank You….

I called this store and Nia answered right away and was a big help. My 16 month old was sleeping in the car and as a single momma I did not want to wake her up and needed help with a heavy return package. Nia was able to help me with get my package out of the car and help me with my return slip all while not waking up my LO. She was also very sweet and kind. 5 stars all around!

Complete morons working here, dropped off 4 packages 2 weeks ago and 3 have been delivered and one never even got scanned and nobody seems to know where it is ! Imagine that, incompetent braid dead idiots. Don't drop packages off here unless you want them to go missing.

Went in today cause I had some light packages to mail out for someone. One of the boxes I was mailing out happened to be rather large so I had to carry it by itself before I was able to carry the other boxes in to the store. Well as I was walking into the store one of the employees saw me, a young lady, and I believe she saw me from behind the counter and immediately made a mad dash to the front of the store to open the entrance door for me, noticing that I had my hands full with this one box. The box was light and I could have opened the door myself but I thought it was such a kind gesture for this ups employee to go out of her way like that. For that this store gets 5 stars.
