I mostly ship my amazon and few other companies at this location. I’ve done a few notaries here slso which was fast and easy. The owner is really nice and so are most of the employees. This is a pretty well run location compared to a few others.Friendly staff that actually help.

I had so much anxiety to print my papers today. I’m printing from files on my phone, I can’t get my computer printer ink as quickly as I need. I went to my favorite UPS store that I normally go to and it was so easy to print these pages!! The staff was so friendly, and I’m proud of myself. I need to stop counting myself out. I can do it!! Anyone can!!

I've had a mailbox at this UPS Store for 2+ years and I love the service there. Troy, Amara and the whole staff are incredible. 100% recommend you use them for any needs.

My return Box was pre-labeled and pre-paid which made it a very fast in and out. Walked in and dropped it off at the UPS closest to my house.

I went in to do a return and was given a vibe by this guy behind the register that I’m just bothering him.
I actually had to greet him!! And all he said back was what can I do for you. No interested in creating a welcoming vibe whatsoever.
And when I told him I’m doing a return. He decided to coach me on how I should pack the package when I thoroughly followed the instruction on the return, which indicated that I did not need to box or label the item, but because I had brought in the original box With the merchandise, he coached me on how I am supposed to box and tape the package for him. He actually continueed on to show me how he supposed to slap the label on the box when the box is not taped up for him. So I apologized and told him I followed the instruction on this particular return exactly how instructed I asked him if I should take the item home and do what he asked, as if he’s actually right!!!! Then he decided to say that’s fine after he coached me on it.
I cannot stand people who chooses to do this type of job but does not know what Customer Service is really all about. I could have not been nicer since the moment I stepped in the store and he was cold and rude from the very moment I stepped in the store. Nowadays, people just want to get paid but not really doing the job they’re supposed to be doing. Very disappointed in this particular employee and I wish he understands what he’s being paid to do and actually perform a task that would leave a good impression for customers to want to come back or he should find something else to do that doesn’t involve people. This review is zero star because of this guy.
