I dropped a post office package and I was told they don't give out receipts for post office packages, good thing i went in myself and got that information instead of sending in someone else who might get it wrong. The staff are all great and very kind and patient.

My son went in to drop off a package to be sent off and was refused a receipt. He was told to go somewhere else with the package if he wanted a receipt. Not ok!

Friendly service. Staff helped me with a package I was trying to ship over seas and when complication happened, they resolved it quickly and with courtesy. I appreciate their presence, work ethic and the convenient location. Thank you.

They are rude and very unhelpful. They wanted to charge me for a piece of tape. Guess he’s not going to be in business for long if you have to charge for that.

Came in early this morning to send a package on 08/21 around 8am and the guy at the counter wasn’t friendly at all. This was my first time at this location being that I am new to the area. He also had loud rock music blasting. I do a lot of business with UPS Store and usually receive great customer service so this was very unfortunate.

TERRIBLE customer service here. I have sent my ups label via email and had them print it out for me in store but this location charges you for it. I expressed that I've had the label printed out at no charge in the past and they said it varies by location. Awful excuse. What is the point of a prepaid label if they can't accommodate in store?

Quick and friendly service. Had two drop offs and person behind the counter was very fast and friendly. I use this location because they are so much faster than other locations. Thank you for always being helpful!
