Biggest regret of renting a mailbox at this location.The management is a joke, the employees are incompetent and rude.My packages are repeatedly 'missing' despite the tracking clearly showing delivered at the front desk and even signed by names such as Dave etc. Dave is one of the employees who is the worst.The most recent parcel was marked delivered by shipper on Dec 21 at 10am. UPS employee claims it was not delivered and that they don't have it and that's end of the story.The tracking shows it was signed by Dave. Dave, who ironically is the one who answered my call, of course denied it. I asked for camera footage of that timeframe to check who handled the delivery. He declines to review the cameras and cussed me out and hangs up. When I called back in few min, I'm told I don't have a rental mailbox at their location, and that's it.Except that I do, I prepaid for the whole year and have the invoice and email confirmation of that agreement as well.So now police is involved for the very obvious theft and escalated to the corporate. If you want to deal with that headache, then by all means use this location.I would steer clear from far far away. Don't go here.

Macy's offers deliveries to UPS Access points for its online ordering. As Christmas shopping ramps up, we as consumers try to protect our hard-earned money by using these alternative delivery points to stop porch thieves.I routed my delivery for pickup at this store which is on my way home. I was RUDELY told by an elderly gentleman that I should use my own address for my delivery instead of his store as I am not a paying mailbox customer. He strongly conveyed I am not worth his time to help.It would seem that it is more of a UPS/Macy's issue instead of mine. I was simply using a Macy's delivery service offered at checkout and being RUDELY told does not promote goodwill and provide good customer experience on a customer service reliant business.I would wish this location to contact Macy's and have it taken out of the delivery list. I would not wish for other shoppers to experience what I had from this store.UPS is a good brand. But they should be more particular to whom they hire to represent their brand or maybe to whom they grant a franchise to protect their good reputation. This store isn't helping keeping their good image.

The notary person doesn’t know what an affidavit is. I came in wanting to get an affidavit filled out and she refused to fill it out arguing that I needed to go to the state legislature? Not true, I headed over to another UPS store to have them do it and it was no problem! On top of her not knowing how to do her job she was rude. If you’re gonna notarize things make sure you actually know what you can and can not notarize. Would have saved me a lot of frustration if she knew how to do her job.

This UPS Store location opened sometime in the past couple years. Prior to that, I always visited another UPS store just a little farther from where I live. I am going back to the older store location after today's experience. The only reason this review is getting three stars instead of one is because there is a very nice woman associate there who was courteous and helpful another time I stopped by to send a package. However, more often than not a male associate has been there and is always combative from the start. I am not an argumentative person by nature and normally have no problem giving someone the benefit of the doubt - maybe they are having a rough day. However, more than once I've gone in and spoken with this particular employee. The first time, he aggressively told me "You need a box for that!" as I walked in and got in line knowing full well I was actually there to purchase a box AND have it shipped. You shouldn't assume your customer is stupid. Then, the nice female associate came in from the back and provided great service. The second time I ran into the gentleman, it was to drop off an Amazon return. Not realizing Amazon had changed how they do some returns, instead of being NICE and maybe offering an empathetic "I'm sorry, they've changed how they do this now," he proceeded to preach at me in a superior tone about how they know because they do this all the time, etc. Then he tried to tell me that I needed to pay for a box to send back the item because of UPS's shipping standards. At that point, I did not want to give them my business, even for inexpensive packaging. Instead, I went home, found the original Amazon packaging and successfully dropped it off at the other UPS Store location. I'm truly sorry to have to take my business elsewhere because of one consistently rude and aggressive employee.

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with The UPS Store at this Skye Canyon location, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others about the complete lack of care and responsibility displayed by this establishment.I entrusted The UPS Store with a package that was meticulously pre-packaged before I even arrived at the store. Once there, I purchased a second box to put it in as I was shipping out my wedding set for its annual inspection. To my utter shock and dismay, when it finally made its way to the next UPS location, all of the contents were missing.The most disheartening part of this ordeal was the store’s blatant refusal to assist me with the insurance claim for the missing/stolen contents. All I asked for was to record myself from their security footage of me walking into the store with a box, and purchasing the second box so that I could provide the evidence to my Jeweler. I was told that their owner could not do so at that moment and he would give me a call. Mind you, I went into the store and spoke to him and two other associates directly! Days went by and I asked again. This time the owner saying that he does not have the footage. They showed a complete lack of empathy and concern for my situation. It was as if they couldn’t care less about their customers or their customers’ belongings.This incident has left me with a lingering suspicion about the integrity of this particular UPS Store location. How could the contents of a securely packaged box mysteriously disappear before making its way to the next location? Their inability to provide a reasonable explanation or remedy for the situation raises serious doubts about their reliability and professionalism.In light of this experience, I can confidently say that I will never set foot inside this UPS Store location again, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution when choosing to do business with them. This incident has not only cost me valuable belongings but also shattered my trust in their ability to handle packages responsibly and with care.

Thank god I live 2 seconds from a UPS store. Always processes Amazon returns really fast and even when there's a long line of customers waiting, they definitely take consideration of our patience and work as hard as possible to keep the line moving.

Dave was very professional and helpful. I go into this location very often and all hours of the day. Dave has always been courteous and kind. I usually go in for Amazon returns, and he thanks me for my patience. Which is what all customers who walk in, should have. I even asked about another service the ups store has, and he provided me great information and suggestions on how to go about receiving it. Dave was amazing and I wish he would get recognized for going above and beyond. (People who complain about the service here, seems like they didn't come prepared and with patience)

2nd time they stole my package. I sell Amazon products and use USPS mail and dropped it off there because it's closed to me conveniently. First was a UPS air Jordan shoes and this time is a Carrera Sunglasses. I will never use this place again and never recommend it. I feel bad because it a locally owned business but they are thieves.

I called to make sure that my package would be okay the way it was despite needing a piece of tape. I was told yes, that they would tape it for me for free. I get there and they want to charge for a piece of tape. Laughable
