Closed and there is no one to answer the phone 8.50 am supposedly they will open at 8 am???? And I'm getting late

Never open on time! No decorum! Disheveled staff! This location is the single most lax, unprofessional, poorly managed and inconvenient locations. The heavy set guy that is supposed to open the store is Never there to open the store on time on a daily basis. I’ve arrived at 8:45 Judy to give him time and he still doesn’t arrive until 9. He has no business acumen, no respect for customer’s time, is disrespectful and has no business being a key holder for a franchise that represents a corporate entity such as UPS. He’s been extremely aggressive, demeaning and blatantly rude on more than one occasion. In discussions with my company not to stylize another logistics/courier with higher business standards and representation.

Kerryl was awesome with helping me reroute my package delivery to a UPS Access Point when the UPS My Choice system was stuck in a broken loop and having serious issues.

Holy cow! Secret UPS store that accepts Amazon returns. I called the store to ask if they accept Amazon returns. The phone was answered promptly by a real live person. He was very nice and told me they are on the 3rd floor, south tower in the Plaza. I asked the security guard about parking. He said park on the 3rd floor and walk past the elevators and go through the door to the conference center. Sure enough. Easy enough. The nice guy working in the store scanned my QR code and printed my return lable. He even taped up the box for me. You get 30 minutes of free parking. I thought I had to go to the pay station for a new ticket to get out but turns out, if your under 30 minutes just bypass the pay station and go right to the exit gate. Fast, and convenient. I will continue to use the secret ups store.

Two of the items I returned or not their we're not on the printout it cost me $10 to return things and somehow I lost $40 do the simple fact that two of the items were not even there

Garbage store. Was supposed to come to Vegas for work during December but had plans change last minute. Unfortunately by then my folks had already sent gifts, including $100 gift card to the Plaza hotel. They were ordered through Amazon, and signed in by O'BRIAN with NO RECORD of anyone picking the items up, tho Amazon can't refund the gift card because it now says it's been used. UPS store national customer service is equally as worthless by not following up with catching this franchise owner LYING about "no O'BRIAN works there. The store, like the city, is full of cheats. F minus, -1 star

The very nice gentleman working here helped me print off my flights boarding pass and even better did it for free! I guess this is a service they provide to hotel guests. Thank you kind sir!

This was the closest UPS location to me, but unfortunately I can't say I would recommend it or visit again. I bought a new iPhone and received the package to ship out the old one to get a discount. I turned it into the desk associate (with one other person standing in front of the desk -- possibly a friend or coworker) during regular hours, received a receipt for it (free shipping), but it never arrived at its destination weeks later, and there is no tracking information on it. I'm not accusing anybody of anything, but there was nobody else in the store at that time, so it was very slow. I usually trust UPS to get stuff there on time, and I'll use them again, but not the location at the Plaza.

Don't be shy ...holla when you get there and someone will come out eventually. Been there 7 times and always helpful service and well informative staff. Exactly what you should expect from a UPS tucked away in the 3rd floor of a casino.

If you're looking for a reliable and efficient notary service, the UPS Store is a great choice. I recently called on a Saturday morning and was pleased to have JJ answer the phone promptly. He was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and providing directions to the store, which is located on the 3rd floor of the Plaza Hotel.When I arrived, I found the store tucked away in the corner but was immediately greeted by JJ's professional demeanor. He quickly notarized my document with precision and ease, making the whole process stress-free. Overall, I had a positive experience at the UPS Store and would highly recommend it for anyone in need of notary services. I'm already looking forward to doing business with them again in the future.
