I won't tell you how old I am but I have been using UPS stores for a very long time. This store on Bonanza and Nellis is one of the cleanest, friendliest, and quickest UPS stores I've ever been to. The longest wait has only been 2 minutes and I've always been met with a smile.

Beware of employee Edna she is very rude to customer I overheard her yelling at a customer inside the store that there a 15.00 charge for notary she called the poor lady stupid and dumb. I ended up walking out of this location and I going to another location. Never again will I go to this one it went downhill on providing good customer service

The store is located in a mall where there's ample parking. Also when I dropped my package off for a return to Amazon. It was simple and did not have to wait long!

Fast and friendly! Please have patience and mind your manners, so many people become impatient here because they're in a rush or don't get what they want, it's sad to see the staff have to deal with self-entitled people acting like children

Excellent service. Edna was especially helpful, trying to recreate my item from 2 single pages to double sided, taking care to ensure that the content of each side was in alignment with the other side, and it turned out great. She was very helpful.

The customer service went above & beyond. The 3 team members who were there were all nice but Jan is the gentleman who really helped me.
I was trying to email a shipping label to store #7617 but was having issues. Jan helped me twice get the email over to their store so I could get it printed so I can mail my package.
As far as I'm concerned, his customer service went above & beyond! He didn't give up on me (I'm technically challenged, LOL), asked if he could help me & got the job done.
Like I said, Jan was just so kind & helpful. I just moved to the area so I'll definitely be using & recommending UPS Store #7617 to everyone!

Went the other day to ship something to my daughter, the cost was the first wonderful surprise! Less than half what the online estimater claimed! The people, Jan and Marisol, hope I spelled it right, were nicer than any employees anywhere! They knew exactly what I needed, worked in sync perfectly and had me smiling and out the door in record time!! Love that place!!
