Hours: On behalf of everyone at Three Crowns Manufactured Home Community, we want to welcome you to your new home. Here you will find yourself surrounded by people in the same stages of life as you are. Taking advantage of the amenities the community has to offer allows you to enjoy the peaceful environment while still living a fulfilling lifestyle. In Downtown Las Vegas, there are a variety of restaurants and shopping to accommodate all of your needs. This is a perfect place to settle down and enjoy the better half of your life. Regardless if you're retiring or just ready to downsize, we know you'll love living in Three Crowns. The community is described as very safe and gated, with friendly residents. Management addresses concerns expediently. However, some residents have expressed concerns about the lack of a landscaping company or groundskeeper to assist the elderly residents with yard maintenance in the hot climate. Overall, the reviews suggest that Three Crowns is a pretty nice manufactured home community, with a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of individual trash pickup.
