During Christmas week, I visited the store and purchased two rings with the assurance from my sales representative, Xavier, that buying through the store directly would ensure top-notch service, advising against online purchasing. One ring required resizing while the other was being sourced from New York. Though selecting the rings was swift, the payment process dragged on for hours due to purported issues with a "new system." After multiple failed credit check attempts and incorrect charges, the sale finally concluded after nearly 6 hours.It's been almost two weeks since the purchase, and I haven't received any communication from Xavier. Instead, I've received calls from various associates, including one named David, who seem unaware of the rings' whereabouts, their shipping status, and have even provided incorrect cost information.This entire experience has been a source of frustration and a significant waste of time. It deeply disappoints me, leading me to regret choosing Tiffany.

Did a purchase online y to be pick up at this store and never felt more ignored by the staff here. Everyone is chatting, if you don’t waive them, they don’t even bother to assist you. Staff is doing the bare minimum, not even have the courtesy to offer you some water as other luxury shops! Tiffany’s should train better their SA, as luxury clients demand what we pay for.

They don't stand behind their jewelry. Once you buy something they are finished even if it is poorly made and falls apart. Get an immediate appraisal also because it's much lower in quality then advertised

Made my 1st Tiffany purchase today and was not disappointed. Saw a gorgeous pair of earrings online and wanted to see if they were in stock in the store. Jeffery made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. Decided to purchase them and whole staff was very friendly. I haven't had many good experiences with "luxury " brands in the past but Tiffany has a new customer. Thank you Jeffery. I will be back here again for my next purchase.

Date: Monday, April 10th, 2023Drop Off Time: approx 12:45pmPick Up Time: approx 5pmI had some diamond earrings repaired at the end of last year at the San Francisco store. Afterwards I just put the earrings on and didn't think anything of it. That is until, I tried to take them off and they would not leave my ears. The backings would not pinch and open to save my life. We ended up having to pry them off with pliers. While doing so, one of the backings split open and we saw the inner mechanisms were rusted. I have had these earring for years and never had any issues until I got them back from the repair.Fast forward to this last Vegas trip. I happened to have the earrings (and destroyed backings) in my jewelry case, so I decided to go to this Vegas store. David was so helpful! I didn't understand why the backings all of a sudden rusted when they were made of platinum. He said he'd put in a request to replace them as part of the warranty of my prior paid repair. I left my jewelry and went off to have a cocktail. I later get a call and an email saying I can come back and get new backings free of charge. He got his manager to approve it. (I can't remember her name. I think maybe Sara? But she was so sweet!) I came by after lunch and picked them up. They even cleaned them and gave us a few bottles of water.There's something to be said about the customer service at Tiffany's. They do go above and beyond. This store is no different. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Had to flag someone down to see see the item I was interested in and then received lackluster help. I guess it's better to buy online, anyway, since it will waive sales tax.

Sarah is absolutely amazing at this store. I had an issue with a repair. & she followed up with me for over 2 weeks. Had that personal touch over an item that has a lot of value to me. This store is wonderful 100% recommend!

As a Tiffany & Co first timer, Jeffery Demoure made my experience beyond amazing. He was patient and dedicated to finding something that I truly felt was, "The One". Throughout the process, he showed an inspired eye for design; being able to pinpoint what might beckon to me -- with little given detail on what I wanted. Jeffery went completely out of his way to deliver some of the most excellent customer service I've seen yet, all while being well informed on Tiffany's lines and the brand's history. He's a fantastic conversationalist and truly knows how to connect with his customers. Demoure is simply a wonderful representation of superb service, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with him!

I had finally gotten my favorite Gold Paloma Picasso olive branch Pearl ring but I couldn't find the matching earrings at Tiffany stores near me. As we walked by this store in the Forum shops, something told me to go in. I was greeted with smiles by the staff. I told the young man in the front that I was looking for the earring that matched my ring (I had it on at the time). He instructed me go to the back and the manager would help us. Roark was the manager. He was very attentive, friendly and helpful. He did have those earrings and after trying it on, I never took them off as I absolutely loved them! Regardless, he still put the pretty box in the blue box and then the blue bag. I love the brand and how well they treat us. We'll definitely be back for the holidays.

Every time I come to Vegas I like to purchase some type of jewelry and this time around I thought about getting a nice pair of diamond ear rings. I looked a little bit online and found the solitaire rose gold studded diamond ear rings. So when I visited the Caesars Palace shops I went in and looked around and was helped by Matthew who knew exactly what I wanted. He showed me the different options and I said that I wanted to think about it at first. I ran a couple of errands and came back knowing that I wanted them. Matthew graciously helped me, the process was super quick and easy with payment and creating and account on an iPad. He explained that there's complimentary cleaning and service for a lifetime, you can just bring it into any Tiffany's location. I put them on in the store and snapped a pic with Audrey Hepburn. I love my ear rings and they're a pair to easily have on casually or special occasions. I got a nice Evian bottle and complimentary chocolates as well as my nice blue box and bag. Loved my purchase and the service at this shop. Everyone was really helpful and professional.
