Went to the Galleria Mall in Las Vegas and found this store. Wasn't really looking for myself but my daughters found a bunch of clothing they like and can't get in Hawaii. Workers would keep asking if we needed anything and to let them know if we need help and that if they didn't find a size they need they could also order it and ship it to our home for FREE!! Plan to come back again on our next trip.

Bad service. Workers talking back and trying to reason out! Not knowledgeable about store policy. Workers need more training. Will not go to this store again.

I didn't really like my experience today. I was shopping around for Christmas gifts and It seems like every time I would turn a corner or turn back somebody was there asking me if I needed anything. Don't get me wrong I like good customer service but this was just excessive. I just wanted to shop in peace but seriously being told if I needed help so many times like no leave me alone let me shop. Left really annoyed .

Ran in to buy 4 pairs of Ethika for my kiddo, yes, we created a monster, they are all will wear now. Anyway, thanks to dirtball thieves, they have moved them to the front with the backpacks so you can't even access them. So I had to wait just to look at a pair. Manager called out that I needed see and then went back to being a greeter and watching whoever was in back of the store. My kiddo almost into adult S, so I needed to see a pair to see if too big. Had to wait & wait and cashiers all busy with customers. I was on a time crunch, had dinner that I couldn't leave in hot Vegas car too long and nobody made any effort to even get me a pair. Finally left. Very disappointing. Suggest that if you actually want to sell stuff, you make that possible.

This Tilly's is located in the Boca Park along Fort Apache and Charleston Blvd. It's the perfect location and it's a prime location for business. I absolutely have no complaints about finding parking because there is a plethora of parking spots available. I am writing this review based on my experience doing an online/pickup in store or curbside pickup order. I have gone to other Tilly's locations prior to this visit and they didn't do such a bad job at meeting my expectations as far as customer service. This particular Tilly's is a pretty big sized store, of course compared to a spot within a mall. You'd think that this Tilly's is an outlet store. Their store hours are pretty good but just keep in mind that there are certain hours that you can use their curbside pickup service. With that being said, maybe I have a blind eye and missed it but I could not for the life of me find a designated curbside pickup area, so, we decided to walk into the store and just pick up my order at the register. As soon as we walked in I could tell that they take pride in appearance of their store. The layout was so nicely organized and the store was very clean and well maintained. The girl behind the counter kindly greeted me and asked what could she help me with. I let her know that I was picking up an online order and she was able to get that for me quickly. The entire process was so effortless. Overall, I would recommend this Tilly's if anyone asks. Here's a quick breakdown... Pros: -Great locations -lots of parking -friendly customer service -decent hours -very clean and well organized Cons: -not easily directed as to where their curbside pickup area is (even though it's an available option when they tell you that your online order is ready for pickup).

If I could give 0 stars I would.. one girl rang me up & was wonderful. One of the tank tops I purchased (4 for $25) didn't have a tag on them & the cashier asked another associate to get her one with a sku, I informed the cashier that, that was the last one. She told the other associate that was looking, that it was the last one. But I guess she didn't hear or something & gets upset at the cashier. She then throws her another top of the same price and tells her to ring up that one. But she did not know how to input the sku I guess? And asked the other associate for help. But the other associate, (sorry don't know names, just what they were wearing) goes up to her and says "are you the R slur? I'm not gonna say it cos it's derogatory but are you the r slur? Are you stupid? You don't know how to do it?" She did this right in front of me & I was shocked. More angry for this girl, bc how can you talk down to someone like that? Especially IN FRONT of the customer. I just want to say, if you rang me up today, wearing a grey tank top with a shirt over & a bandana on your head- YOU ARE AMAZING. Don't let anyone get you down & talk down to you like that. As someone who's been in retail for over 10 years, THIS WAS NOT OKAY. I am not even mad at my experience at this store, I'm mad about how this associate treated the other!! WE NEED TO BE MORE KIND TO PEOPLE. Cmon man it's 2021, we need more kindness in the world.

While my daughter loves to shop here I wish the customer service was better. I waited in line for over 20 minutes to pay for one item. There was only 2 customers in front of me but one of the 2 had multiple transactions with multiple payments. While I can understand that it can take some time to get through that, what I don't understand is why would you not open another register to help the other customers waiting in line. There seemed to be many associates who could jump in and assist those waiting while the multiple transactions where taken care of by the other associate. Or if that is not possible then at least a shout to say we will be right with you folks. Something to acknowledge the fact that we are patiently waiting.

Even though this is by far the biggest Tilly's I've ever been to. I'm giving low stars for the customer service. I walked in and immediately saw 3 workers folding clothes practically right in front of me in the entrance and wasn't greeted or acknowledged. Just totally ignored. Even my boyfriend thought it was weird how no one could say "hello" "welcome" "how can we help you." ** We did receive help eventually and she did a good job therefore 3 stars

I was drawn here because I like the amount of inventory I saw online. They carry everything I like and I was able to be in and out in minutes. Could likely find better prices elsewhere, but the customer service and great stock will keep me coming back.

Tilly's is decent sized store with a big variety of styles of clothes. I dont shop here but my best friend loved there clothes. Today was for hik.not me. The staff has always been nice, helpful and engaging and quick to help or respond to questions. I like Tilly's for that alone, but there's always deals and sales which is a bonus. Appreciate the service and niceness that Tilly's conveys.
