Oh My GOSH! I called trying to put something on hold. One rep told me they don’t have it when I clearly saw 5 of them before I left. So I had my hubby drive back. Long and behold five of the items was there. Just my luck he forgot one, I called back and they have no clue what I’m talking about! It’s a mirror that they stick on a wall that clearance by the carpet!!!! I don’t even work there and know where it’s at! Seems like they don’t want to work there or keep it for themselves because things are always hidden !!!!

Was really looking forward to spending a good amount of money on maternity clothes but I guess TJ Max doesn’t carry any clothes for expecting moms…..

The TJ Maxx and HomeGoods combo on Sahara is hands down the best in Las Vegas, making it a must-visit for bargain hunters and home decor lovers alike. With an unbeatable selection of designer finds, trendy home essentials, and unique treasures, this location always feels like a jackpot. Whether you're shopping for fashion, kitchenware, or seasonal decor, the inventory here is consistently stocked with high-quality items at great prices. The only downside? The checkout lines can be brutal—expect to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes. But if you have the patience, the deals are absolutely worth it!

The check out line is long and additional cashiers are needed. I left without purchasing the items.

Just waited over 75 minutes in line. 50+ customers in the checkout line. 3 cashiers for 14 cashier stations. Worst service i have ever had as a disabled veteran. Will never return to this store or any other store with the same name ever again. This is a disgrace for brick and mortar in america.

Pros:
-The store has great selections
- Usually receive great customer service at the checkout time
- I have never really had any issues at this store besides the con list below and the one incident I experienced listed below.
Cons:
-Long lines during busy times...like they are LONG.. Many times we have gone in and decided not to buy anything because of the lines.
- The shopping center where this store is located is quite busy and parking in front of the store is not the best when it's busy
** I want to note that I did have one bad experience when I attempted to return an item that was purchased during the holiday month of Dec. This item was purchased for my spouse and once home we noticed that it was stained/dirty, and my spouse ended up not liking it. This item was out of the bag for about 10 minutes while my spouse tried it on and checked out the item and once we saw the stain and the fact that he did not like it, we decided we would return it and put it straight in the original shopping bag with the receipt. I understand that there is a 30-day refund in the original form of tender or if over 30 days gift receipt/store credit with receipt, and I am also aware that I was going in the month of February attempting to return this ( life gets crazy busy and have not made the time to go in and return the item considering the long lines they tend to have and that I have a baby, procrastination at its finest). So tell me why, I attempted to return this item to then get told ( by the manager and associate) they could not accept it because the item was dirty and the tag on it was not for the correct item. I explained to them that is one of the reasons why I was returning the item due to the stain on there and that tag was the same original tag the item came with when I bought it that was scanned and on the receipt. The manager then alluded that I somehow put this tag on the item and that they never make mistakes...I was shocked, angry, and surprised at how I was being dismissed for an error (the tag attached to the item) that I had nothing to do with. When I attempted to make sense of all this and protest. Then the manager proceeded to inform me, that had I returned this within the 30 days, they would have been able to do it...? I was confused. Believe me, I understand. They have to be careful and take all measures to avoid fraudulent transactions. However, the fact that they alluded that somehow this incorrect tag (the tags were never removed!!) magically got attached to this item by me and that this was not on them since they never make mistakes (her words). I told them I did not want it and they said they could not keep it; she did offer to get me in contact with customer service while in the store but again the real issue I had with this was how they came about it. They attempted to blame/accuse me of the incorrect tag and it's not what you say but how you say it.
So, what I learned from that experience is that do not procrastinate on anything you may need to return to no more than the 30-day window so it's not used as an excuse, and pray that the cashier ringing you up is confirming that the description that comes up on their computer when she scans the tag is matching with the physical product in front of them.

I love the store but the lines and wait times are ridiculous. 14 lanes but 3 checkers on the weekend. Poorly managed. I've left several times lately because of the long wait. Dissappointing.... A shame...

Id rather wait in line at the gates of hell than wait in line here . I have walked in, turned around, and walked right back out on numerous occasions because the line wraps around. It’s absolutely insane.
Sometimes you get lucky, but maybe 10% of the time hah!

Decent selection. High volume traffic. More cashiers are needed.
