I took my son to shop this evening and there was a dog in the store. Not a service animal but someone’s untrained pet. The dog came after my son barking at him when we were in an aisle. Why didn’t an employee prevent this dog from coming into the store? There is clearly a security guard standing at the entrance. We left immediately without purchasing anything. I should be able to shop without worrying about my son being bit or barked at.

Not long lines & pretty good selection of stuff. Not as crazy as other stores.

It was a pleasant shopping experience, decent prices on some items compared to online. When it came to checking out, one of the employees ringing me up who was a female. Kept reassuring me to sign up for their credit card to save $12. 10 minutes of standing around and asking questions later she tells me I will be billed on this card and I have to call their number to pay it off. I kept telling this woman I was paying cash and even showed her the money while shes just trying to sign me up for this card. Then she tells me I cant pay cash I have to pay the card… Seriously? She neglected my words and actions and persisted on signing me up. Huge thanks to the who I presume the manager for actually listening to me.

I shop frequently at this TJ Maxx and was very disappointed with something I witnessed as a customer today. I patiently waited in jewelry for someone to assist me as one employee was helping someone and then going on break and another was coming to cover him. I picked out multiple items to purchase. The kind associate helping me saw I only had 4 other items in my cart and said she could ring me up for the jewelry and those other few items at her register and there was no need to go to the main registers. As she was ringing me up more customers came. Being the attentive and aware sales associate that she was, she called for back up. She could have left customers waiting but was proactive in calling for more help. It’s a rare thing to find these days in the retail world!
Her back up, a blond lady, possibly a manager came and scolded the employee for ringing up items other than jewelry at the register right in front of me and other customers. Not only was it extremely unprofessional and disrespectful but very disappointing considering I did purchase multiple jewelry items and had every right to be rang up and assisted, as I waited my turn patiently. But what was most upsetting as a frequent customer, was seeing a very good and helpful sales associate get in trouble for offering great customer service to everyone around. What a shame on management of this TJ Maxx!

I always enjoy my shopping experience but unfortunately this last visit was not great. I went to jewelry and the woman behind the counter with black hair and I think she went by Cherry would not help me with a bracelet that she let me try on . I couldn’t get off
( nearly broke the clasp in my attempt) I ask her politely and she said she didn’t want to break her nail . And went on saying they are natural you know? So another shopper came over to help me , thank goodness (sweet lady) And also remarked that “Cherry “ was being rude and apparently didn’t want to help me unclasp it we laughed and that’s when tone changed
And I wanted to see earrings and it was clear she didn’t want to help me with that either.
I realize everyone has a bad day but never had an experience like this . Unfortunately I’ll be going to other locations

With daily truck deliveries, you can be assured to find something at a discounted price. This store has a lot of great selections.During Christmas, their shelves become reduced due to larger number of people living in the area. Come early.

At TJ Maxx, the day after Thanksgiving for some holiday shopping was quite a memorable experience! It was packed, but it was so awesome! This TJ Maxx location is within Northwest Las Vegas off of the N95/Durango exit. It's in the same plaza as the Smith's and has plenty of parking! Inside TJ Maxx, has a wide range of inventory. It includes accessories, home goods, beautify products, clothing, and much more. I came here to see what kind of deals they had on toys and holiday décor. TJ Maxx is one of the largest off-price retailers in the United States. This store has a lot of merchandise from retailers that include closeouts or overstock. There is ever-changing selection and this store is well-stocked! Looking at the children's toys, there were a lot to go through! There was Trivia games, board games, hot wheels, Disney themed toys, dinosaurs, dragons, and so much more! I ended up purchasing my daughter for the holidays at TJ Maxx this light-up Harry Potter House sign with a wand, and a Robo Dinosaur. The Holiday décor was so beautiful! The holiday wrapping paper was stocked with festive holiday trees, gold wrapping, ribbons available, holiday bags, holiday boxes. I'd highly recommend stopping by TJ Maxx during the Holiday season. The store offers so much festive merchandise! Prices are pretty cheap too!
