The service was cool but I hate my nails they are so ugly my nieces thought they were press on I showed him a picture to recreate once he got started I like ok like trust the process the powder had glitter in it these nails so damn ugly now I got pay somebody to take em off that’s what o get for not waiting on my nail tech I did better getting some press ons the picture on the right is what I asked for

I got seated immediately waited about 15 minutes with my feet in the water another person comes in and got service immediately well I am still waiting they tell me when the girl over there is done on the other end of the room what's a big waste of time

Very rude! I asked if they had a different method for soaking dip off of my nails. I was told that I was too difficult and that they would not service me. I was not rude, mean, or disrespectful. They are not very kind.

This nail shop is the worst in Vegas!!!! I went in to get my nails removed the lady in the first chair on the left when you walk in she soaked my nails in ice cold acetone and then I told her it’s cold and she said it’s suppose to be cold. I’m a nail tech and I know it’s suppose to be warm or hot so the acetone eats the acrylic. So the guy at the 3rd chair made the acetone hot and then he didn’t get all the acrylic off. You can see allll the acrylic still on my nails on my left hand. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE!!!

I came in once with an appointment right when they opened for the day this was over a year ago. The lady who did my French tip manicure did a decent job and was nice but I didn’t like how she was rushing because some people came in after me waiting and the other workers haven’t showed up yet from what I herd the lady mention. The place I noticed was very dirty even her station was gross with dust, nail residue, and old nail polish spills. Her equipment at her station wasn’t clean and organized.
I was eventually sent to a guy to do my feet I didn’t like how he was rushing too and kept constantly looking up towards the entrance and the gel polish on my toes seemed cheap quality and looked over coated.

I don’t like that the guy was trying to make my nails so short The nails are very uneven. The polish is very rushed. He completely free styled out and did not do anything that I asked and I feel like that is just some very bad customer service .i wanted the ones with rhinestones on two fingers he literally was just completely not doing what I asked, for I didn’t ask for glitter or anything they are very bad ?

The worst and dirtiest place in Las Vegas. The dirt is noticeable everywhere, I don't know how it has a License.They cut my toenail so much that I even had to take antibiotics for the infection for 3 months. They only have 1 brush for everyone when it comes to washing their nails.I don't recommend that place at all.
