I do add my vote to other reviewers and customers below. The experience and vibes at this store is so poor they need extra training. I decided today to cancel my membership with TH forever. They don’t deserve any other chance.

The staff is so rude and poorly trained a very short Hispanic woman with disgusting unbrushed hair was very nasty and unprofessional with me and my family. Will never be returning

Although other brands do not offer much price advantage due to the exchange rate, Tami can still be purchased very cheaply. Lastly, most of the items had good discounts applied, but one item had a different discount rate than what was written when I brought it, so when I told them about it, they applied it right away. All the staff were friendly

I am absolutely furious with my recent experience at Tommy Hilfiger Kids in Las Vegas. I purchased pants for my daughter, only to discover that the store staff mistakenly put the wrong pair in my bag. This error only came to light after I had returned home, a two hours drive away. My attempts to resolve this issue with the store and customer service were met with astonishingly poor response. Incredibly, they insisted that I bear the cost of returning the incorrect item before issuing a refund. This is an unacceptable burden placed on me due to their mistake! The interaction with multiple staff members over the phone was exasperating and utterly inefficient. Despite my long-standing loyalty to Tommy Hilfiger, this incident has left me deeply frustrated and questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their handling of this situation is utterly disgraceful, and I'm appalled at being treated this way.

The store was not closing for 10 minutes the staff was sooo rude and racist they allowed the Hispanic couple to still shop while the employees yelled a cross the room that we needed to hurry up and purchase like we didn’t have money they followed us around the store mind you I am black I will never visit this tommy store ever again I will ensure to put the picture of the rude staff on social media I will reach out to corporate for the racial discrimination I experienced in that store because I wasn’t Spanish or Hispanic or able to speak their language this minor and young employees this was so unacceptable I’m the MANAGER FOR THE MEADOWS MALL IN LAS VEGAS. Due to the way I was dressed I The picture is the so called manager that allowed all this to happen heard the employees say things like they don’t have money we ready to go home ! I’ve never been treated like as person in the work force . Things have got to get better I will be reporting this store to all business aspects possible
