Great experience fix my car while other shops couldn't

I had my first bad experience with Tony’s auto repair. I took my truck to then because the air was not blowing cold. They repaired a hose and supposedly replaced the freon. I paid 302.00. They told me I needed the manufacturer cooling fan assembly because the fan was not staying on. I forgot I had already replaced this part last year and was ready to replace it again.Once I realized the part on the car was new, which Tony’s auto told me it was new as well. I put matters into my own hands. I replaced my coolant and had my dad put in a can of freon, which was supposed to be replaced by Tony’s. My air is now blowing cool and the fan has not stopped running. I am trying to figure out where did the 100 dollars that went towards filling up the freon go to because they never put any in my truck. I will not be going back to Tony’s auto due to the lies and misinformation I received.

Was recommended to Tony's by a friend, and after going to several other mechanic shops and being ripped off and treated horribly, I decided to give them a try. Not only are Tony's prices reasonable, Jennifer at the front desk is great. Very pleasant, informative and reliable in updating you throughout the day. So thankful to have finally found a place I can trust completely with all my car servicing needs.

The guy with long hair so called “Tony” treats his customers like animals, I went there early in the morning and he wouldn’t even bother to talk to me, he’s very hard to talk to and tried to charge me 200$ just for a car check… it is way overpriced , I went to another auto repair and they only charged me for 20$ for a car check… I would NOT recommend this repair shop. They treat their customers like animals. They are all rip-off’s.

The woman who answers the phone says "Hello" like you're calling her personally. I had to say, "Is this Tony's Auto Repair"? Who answers a business phone without identifying the business name? I proceed to ask her for the cost of a repair, parts and labor. She tells me she will call back. 2 -3 hours later she never called so I call back since I need to know who to tow my truck to, it was also Friday. Again.."Hello". She got very upset, "I said I would call you back." When I tried to explain why I called back, she cut me off before I could finish my sentence and then said she would call me back in 20 minutes. That never happened. By 4:30 she never answers the phone again all, and never got a call back. I don't know if she is related to the owner but this woman is a HUGE red flag. I would never do business here. If she acts like this with a potential customer I can imagine the issues if she has you locked in with a signature on a work order. Keeping your vehicle for weeks in the garage? Something not fixed correctly and ignoring calls? Yelling and slamming the phone. I can see it coming with this one. Oh, hell to the no no.

I am physically challenged and use an electric wheelchair 100% of the time. A friend accidentally pumped diesel fuel into my gas tank. My go-to advisors for repairs on my handicapped accessible van, The Ability Center, recommended that it get towed to Tony's Auto Repair immediately. I contacted them and had AAA tow it to them. They accommodated me immediately even though they were inundated with many other vehicle repairs. They totally understood my sense of urgency. The work was completed the same day (removal of my gas tank, complete drainage and seal replacement) which was so important as this is the only vehicle that will transport my wheelchair. When I arrived to pick it up, I was informed what work was done and actually felt as if I was treated special - like I was their only customer. I totally and wholeheartedly recommend them!

We have 6 children and have went through a dozen vehicles over the past several years with them. Tony's has been a life saver. Fair price and always honest, even when I won't like the answer. Most importantly, the quality and skill of their service is amazing. This is one of my most trusted places to spend money.

Our entire family (including my ex husband & his wife) take all of our cars here. My son has a 2006 Lexus & I have a 2006 Passat, so we're in more than the others, but never for the same thing & never right away. This is the best & most honest auto repair I've encountered in Las Vegas and I've lived here 30+ years. Yes, they are EXTREMELY BUSY but that's a great sign! They don't advertise because they get so much business by referrals. It's always best to make an appt, however, I have had to go in w/o one & while the wait was long, it was worth it. (I just brought my phone & a book). Their prices are extremely reasonable & the best part is they are reliable & honest! What more does anyone need from an auto repair?? If I could give more stars I would. Family owned & operated, in business for years! Remember to call 1st!

Where do I begin?, so there are many auto repair shops in the Las Vegas valley and I can said 80% are bad shops. Well, I this is one of the bad shops. Please everyone do not get your vehicle service here, Jennifer the daughter of the owner Tony is a very nice person but she overwhelmed and missed diagnoses on my SUV. So here we go, I have 2013 Ford Escape SEL, and I had this knocking underneath front wheels. It sound like to me the the engine or plate was hitting the engine. So Jennifer stated that it's my struts that needed to replace and that will take care of this issue. NO, it didn't, after spending over $900 this issue when I pick up my truck I was still hearing knocking the front bottom of the truck. I went back the second day and Jennifer said, this must be the engine plate and we will fix at no cost, I said cool. Oh by the way, they keep your car for 8 hours all day, like I don't have a business to run. So ok I lost another day in my business, so I pick up my truck and when I left their shop no knocking until I got home it was knocking / clunking again. So I'm not going to go on and on, they TONY's AUTO REPAIR, never fix the issue. I found a replicable that was honest and they found the issue fixed it... TONY's AUTO REPAIR is the 80% Bad shops here in Las Vegas, I do not recommend you go there enough oil changed they will keep your car for eight hours for an oil change..

Jennifer and the rest of the Tony's staff took great care of us-- we took the car in for a vehicle inspection because Christensen automotive had told us a major issue was wrong with the car and we wanted a second opinion. Jennifer explained that the car was fine in the area we were concerned about, but that we did need new engine mounts. Since they had to order the parts and couldn't get them in that day due to COVID shipping delays, we were advised to return in a few days-- and they didn't even charge us the typical $100 inspection fee. This was a huge gesture of good faith that went a long way with us. I didn't even realize that the car was shaking so much until after the repairs were finished, now our ride is quieter and smoother than it was when we bought the car! Congrats Tony's, you've made a regular customer out of us for your excellent service. :)

The woman that helps at front desk (Jennifer?) was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I live four hours away, was in town on family vacation, had major car problems and long story short she was very friendly and helpful on the phone and then in person. They were busy but she got me in there two days in a row to do diagnostics checks while they simultaneously were busy with current jobs. Ultimately she recommended a place for me to take my car for the transmission problem and that place was able to diagnose the problem and they were able to rebuild my transmission in less than 24 hours, which was perfect timing since we had to be out of our resort that same morning. Found out her mom is in the hospital and she is going through a lot personally, but you wouldn't know it by her stellar service.
