I had an outstanding experience at Home Depot thanks to the exceptional service provided by two of their employees. Andrew, I think he is fairly new, This individual went above and beyond, tirelessly searching for items throughout the store, expertly packing my car, and even taking time from their break to ensure everything was loaded. Their dedication to customer service made my visit truly remarkable. Also, Jonathan at the register had so much personality and made sure to bend over backwards in helping me checkout efficiently. It was such a great experience.

Home depot is home depot. At least thats what I thought. I love going to them and they always have something I need. I usually go to my usual Home Depot store but this location was my first time going since it was nearby while I was driving at that time. The only difference about this store and the others I've been to was customer service. First time I went there, I was looking for a specific flooring that was on sale from the other home depot I went to. I didn't know every home depot was different. The rep who was helping me was unhelpful and tried to persuade me to buy the flooring that I want that wasn't on sale.... It didn't make sense to me at all and I keep telling him that I would just buy it at the other location but he tried to change my mind, saying that there was no difference on purchasing there or at that new place. I beg to differ! Once he turned his attention away to another customer, I left. 2nd time I went there, as if the first time wasn't traumatizing enough, and yes I went there because I was on the way again... Anyway, while I was there, I had to pick up a phone call that dealt with medical emergency. I normally don't do this, but I had to put it on speaker phone for a bit because I was trying to write something that the nurse was telling me to jot down. One of the reps kept shouting at me that phones are not allowed there and that I needed to turn off my phone. Wow, seriously. I know I did wrong for putting my phone on speaker phone but theres no need to be condescending. Plus it was just few mins that I needed to jot down. Was it that horrible? I don't know, but one thing for sure, I'm not gonma come back here again. Even if its on the way.

Good staff, very helpful.I did find out this is considered a mini-store. They don't carry everything that a full store has. I'm happy they pointed that out and suggested a nearby store that would have what I wanted in stock...

Came in a couple of times to this location, but more recently needed to get keys made. One thing I notice here, is that you see a lot of associates walking on the floor. The store is big, and doesn't cease to amaze me on how all of them basically know what aisle something is. I would probably attribute that to training. I have heard that home depot was voted a great place to work. Great help, and the keys took about ten minutes and I was on my way. A good experience and the place to go for all of your household, or business for that matter, needs.

Star in the rental department is indeed a star. She took the extra time to help us with our trailer rental, walked with us to buy a hitch pin, and she had the absolute best energy the whole time. When we had to return it late she got us all squared away. We had a really rough time moving and Star's positivity and bright spirit made a hugely positive impact on a stressful situation. We cannot say enough good things about this outstanding employee. Home Depot should be proud to have her!

Customer service department lacking in customer service for concrete pallets. They charge fifteen dollars for each pallet of concrete saying you can get it back when you return the pallet. However they don't mention the receipt is required or not only our fifteen dollars but time and fuel to return only to be told no at the desk and you can leave it or take it back home like anyone needs junk pallets especially apt fifteen dollars for their own ability to load it with a forklift. Hand loaded will be my next request if I decide to return for more.

K.C. in the paint department is the best! Her supervisor and coworkers are awesome too. This is the best home depot in town, mostly due to the huge paint section and the employees here. They are so patient and helpful, and K.C. has spent hours helping me match colors for paint, and helped me get good feed back from my work. Thank you!

There was an older gentleman with short gray hair in the power tools dept. who was incredibly rude and not helpful. He seemed mad I asked for help obtaining something and then grabbed the wrong product. Thank you to Arnell for helping correct his mistake and getting the right item while being pleasant. However I won't return to this location.

Shockingly lazy employees. I placed a store pickup order then drove 45 minutes to this store to get my order. I drove 45 minutes to this specific Home Depot because they were the only one in the area who had the items I wanted in stock. The app said they had 20 in stock. I purchased 4 of them. When I get to the store I see my order had been canceled. I go inside and the customer service desk said they were canceled because they were out of stock. I said the app said you had 20 in stock. If it said you had less than 5 in stock I could believe the app was inaccurate and you were out of stock of the item but it said you had 20? I just drove 45 minutes here. When I leave I'll have to drive 45 minutes back. Can you please check again? I'd really hate to have driven an hour and a half for absolutely nothing. The guy behind the customer service desk agreed to check again. He disappeared for awhile before coming back and saying yeah we are definitely out of stock of the item, sorry. Not trusting the employees to not be lazy I decided to check myself. When I go to the aisle/bay the app said the item was in guess what I find? THE ITEM. THE EXACT AMOUNT OF THE ITEM THAT THE APP SAID THEY HAD IN STOCK. EXACTLY WHERE THE ITEM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. It wasn't even in the wrong place. It was right above its price tag on the shelf. Like seriously?! Even after I tell you I drove 45 minutes to pickup this specific item you're too lazy to grab the 4 bottles and complete my store pickup order?! I'm so glad I looked myself. I guess the moral of the story here is that if you order items for store pickup, they cancel your order, tell you it was canceled because your item was out of stock, but the app said they have plenty in stock...GO GET THE ITEM(S) YOURSELF.
