Michelle was amazing. She helped us with a little issue that we had under the sink when it came to our air gap leaking. She researched extensively & We decided with a loop but she was awesome and helped us throughout the whole entire process!

we purchased a g e. washer last november 9, 2023 & it was delivered last nov. 14 but delivered the wrong one, we want back to the store following day & they saud they will pick up the washer on nov. 20 but nobody showed up. nov. 22 we again go to the store let them know it's not pick up they scheduled agsin nov. 27 and still nobody showed up. we've been talking to different supervisors & managers by phone and personally but looks like nobody is able to help us! we don't deserve to be treated this way. until now we are still waiting almost everyday i call them talked to different managers but nobody can even fix the problem!!! very poor customer service. never again will go to home depot. all they want is your money!!!!

Maybe the rest of the store is 5 stars but one star specifically for their blinds specialist and the store's "operations manager". Came in at 7 PM on a Monday looking for a specialist and finds out they're only in from 9:30 AM - 6 PM. I understand that's their schedule but initially I think it's really unreasonable for people who work a 9-5 like myself. Come in the next day during my work day and I get helped by Judy for my $1600 blinds order. AFTER I pay, she reviews my order and finds things she missed which results in me having to get my order canceled and refunded. I'm extremely understanding because everyone makes mistakes. And during this second time around, I'm assuming she has double checked everything and we are good to go. I pay for my order now which is only $1550 and leave. Mind you, this consultation took roughly 2 HOURS for just 11 blinds.... (They complain about their new system causing them problems but all the mistakes that were made for my orders did not involve the system at all LOL)Never would I have guessed that I would receive a phone call 2 hours later at work from Judy saying "she had to cancel my order because the wands were too small for my windows and there was no way to change the order itself". SHE CANCELED MY ORDER WITHOUT VERIFYING WITH ME THE SITUATION FIRST. I see in my email history, she canceled the order at 4:34 PM and I get a call from her at 4:50 PM. So unprofessional. On top of that, their system is backwards if they can't just make a note in my order to change the wand sizes? Especially if my total cost would not be affected by this change. Never once in my consultation did Judy even go over wand size options with me. Like aren't you a specialist? Judy also emphasizes that "i have to come back to the store by tomorrow to repay for my blinds order if I want to have the same quote (since the sale would end)"So what do I do? I go in the next day, during my work day of course. Because I can't go before or after work and the sale ends soon. Get there around 2:30 PM and there's "no one in blinds to help". Actually interesting because I talked to Eura Johnson on the prior Monday and there were supposed to be a specialist there :-) So sadly I'm stuck with an incompetent "Operations Manager" who "hasn't worked on blinds in 10 years" but willingly helped. Could not answer any of my questions regarding why his worker had canceled my order without my approval, could not give me any answers or clarity about my order itself to make sure it is correct, and did not know how to operate the system. When asked about if I'm going to be compensated for all this time wasted, having a $1600 and $1550 charge on my card and having to deal with unprofessionalism, he responded with "he can talk to me about getting a discount after I make my purchase". So basically an "I owe you". And when asked how will this be recorded, it would be within Home Depot's "notes" and did not mention giving me any receipt or writing on my end that would give proof of such a "reimbursement". Never have I had of this type of service.

Went to Home Depot today to look for some citronella plants to help deter bugs in my patio area. I must of picked a good day to come here as although they were busy, I was able to find parking quickly. I went straight o the plant department and noticed such a wide variety of plants large and small - I'm not a big plant person (I'm learning!) but I'd say Home Depot has a big selection. I suddenly felt overwhelmed, lol. I went to the first attendant I seen and approached her - i didn't get her name! I verbalized my want for some citronella plants or other herbal plants that help deter bugs naturally. She immediately pointed in a direction and walked me over to where she pointed - to my luck they had a sale on Citronella, basil, rosemary, etc. they were 4/$20! I picked out 2 citronella plants, 1 rosemary, and 1 sweet basil. Happy with my purchase and they help I received from Home Depot! Now... let's hope I can keep these plants alive! Lol

I'm giving a 4 star review because the 1st Saturday of every month they offer a free workshop for kids. The kids gets a free kit and they build it together with an adult and also get to paint it. Home Depot supply everything you need. You just have to register online before the end of the month to get a spot for the month after. If you go when they first open the workshop, your child would get a Home Depot apron (limited so first come). Each project they build they get a pin that says what they've built and they can pin & collect them on their aprons. I'm hesitant to give a 5 review because when I normally shop here, it's hard to find what I need and hard to get any help. I'm searching and waiting long for someone to come help me in the department in looking for. If not for the kid's workshop, I'd prob give a 3 star review. There's clean men's & women's restrooms and lots of parking.

We had to stop in here as we're doing a major organization in our garage, the first rack we got was too small, we opened the item already but they were super easy about processing our exchange for a bigger rack. The parking here, if you're from the area is terrible, it's hard to get out of the parking lot, people drive like maniacs and literally do not care. But overall experience was pleasant.

Quick stop here to compare prices for outdoor heaters between Amazon and theirs. It happened Home Depot has a 50%sales on outdoor heaters. Not fancy color, just plain stainless steel, but for the use outside, I don't think the color matters. The girls at the Garden Center were amazing, friendly, helpful, and excellent customer service. I ended up buying it here. I will though buy a cover at Amazon to protect it longer. HD has a one year warranty, so let's hope it last a few longer with the cover.

There was hot chocolate in the lobby, near the entrance, for customers!We recently visited on Black Friday, and we were able to get two items that we really wanted, an inflatable for $19.99 (Snoopy/ Grinch/ ) and a ladder for $99 (regular price $219). At first, we went to the area with all the ladders, which we thought because it was all gone, that it wasn't in stock anymore. This store has an impressive inventory for seasonal decor, Halloween and Christmas, are the standouts. The aisles were a little tight because there were special items on sale on display, in the aisles, which didn't really create a good flow with the shopping carts. We were really glad that we came. I wasn't sure about the crowd, but it wasn't bad or crazy (like at other stores like Wal-mart). The customer service was also pretty good. The clerk told us that there were two left, but not to grab the display, to grab the one wrapped in plastic. We arranged for a pickup at a later time.There are only two pick-up spots for curbside service. There are numerous parking spots for Veterans.

I usually don't give reviews like this is the only one I e ever given an probably the last but this particular trip to home depot it was 15 minutes before closing time, the gentleman (edd) who helped my boyfriend and I try to find what we were looking for In The screw section definitely deserves an A+ rating. He was very knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful. My boyfriend and I both agree This is one of the best customer service experiences either of us have ever experienced, he even went above and beyond, he went as far as to give us the information to somewhere that we could find what we were looking for whe we could t find itIf you r ever looking for any type of screw or nut and bolt he's your guy 110%

Purchased a water softener for $650 and was told someone would call me to schedule for an installation. The installer called me and asked for a work order number. There was none on any of the paperwork given to me. After some back and forth, it turns out the associate was suppose to charge me for the installation labor at the time of sale. Because of that I had to take time out of my schedule to go back to the store and pay for the labor which is another $650. The contractor they use for their water softener install- delta mechanical is also terrible. Poor communication and over two hours late to the agreed install time.

I literally used to work at a home depot so I know the values they're supposed to present to their customers. Whoever was cashier in the garden section today (her name was not visible on her apron) was INCREDIBLY rude, unhelpful, and untrained. DO BETTER. edit: Garden Associate was an angel and completely made up for the cashiers incompetence.
