The service manager Nathan took care of me. He went above and beyond. I'm in Las Vegas native born and raised and will only buy Rolex from this store. Thank you again Nathan for taking care of me.

Came in for a simple watch repair, was immediately greeted with a smile and offered a beverage. Watch was repaired in less than 10 minutes while I waited and they charged me nothing!

This review is solely on the customer service at this location. We had the pleasure of working with Yi. He took the time out to educate me on the watches and was really personable. I’ve been to other stores and non compare to the level of service YI gave. Definitely give this location a visit.
