This bank is archaic. They do not have something as simple as an app to do your banking. You must go in the bank for everything. The posing bank manager, a female doesn't care how long you've banked there... she simply can't make a decision. If you want great customer service.... Find another bank :(

TERRIBLE BANK TO DEAL WITH! FINANCED A PROPERTY WITH THEM AND IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE.. CONSTANT THREATS OF FORECLOSURE!! WILL NEVER BANK WITH AGAIN!
