We love the owner Megan and the impeccable professional customer service at Town Cleaners. We have been going here for over ten years for dry cleaning and tailoring services. A few weeks ago I had a super rush order to tailor two suits and Megan tailored them for me that same day. I was so grateful as it saved me for the weedingni was attending that weekend. It's super hard to find locally owned businesses that go the extra mile and Town Cleaners is one of the few.

brought my comforter in along with 3 garments for the first time since my regular place was closed for labor day. Employee told me it will be 9 days before I can pick up my items. Comforter never got cleaned. smelled like it did when I dopped it off and dirt throughout. All 3 garments had a yellowish/orange stain in different areas. They would not give me back my money. Had to call my cc company and report it. Will NEVER go back again.

I dopped of a sweater and explained daughter needed it for bachelorette party . I went back 5 days later to get it with my ticket . She did not have it not even at the shop . I just left . Went back a week later picked up sweater. As I was there dropped off husband's shirt we need for the wedding . I dropped it off there one week ago . As I dropped I left it with her I asked for a ticket she said no I already have your phone number I was like ok . I go back today to pick it up she has lost the shirt . Wedding is Saturday we leave for Hawaii on Thursday . She does nothing about the situation . She should be responsible for cost of shirt ?

Outrageously priced alterations. Wouldn't recommend unless you're good with a $50 charge for a single hem.

Amazing service, I wish we had this type of business model everywhere. Not only did the owner fix my problem in less then 5 minutes while all other competitors gave me a 2-3 day estimate, but she did so in the most cheerful and positive manner. Extremely knowledgeable and clearly a master in her craft. Thank you!

Friendly Local Cleaners. I've been coming to this place for almost 10 years now. Megan & her husband David are owner operators. I love working directly with the owner, for the usual benefits.They're always on time with promised due dates. Super nice every time you walk in (TIP: Especially if you learn their names and say "Hello Megan!"). If there are ever any stains that don't come out, she's refunded. And Megan is an expert tailor. She's altered almost EVERYTHING for me, from the usual suits, shirts pants, to leather bags & backpacks. She recently patched the holes in my beloved favorite jean shorts :-)Thank you Megan & David, you've brought a little sense of community by being our consistent neighborhood friendly local cleaner & tailor!!

She just altered four pair of pants for me. She's an excellent tailor. I had complicated changes and she flew there these items in four day's that's pretty amazing!

I found this business on yelp and decided to give it a shot. I brought in two pairs of military shorts for repair, side tie and replacing zippers on both shorts. When I came in and showed Megan, she attempted to repair the current zipper, but when I tried them back on, the zipper broke again. When I came back to get my shorts I had to replace the zipper again. Megan never mentioned at the time what kind of zipper, but I later found out that it was a reinforced zipper. The owner is really polite and kind, but my only confusion or a little upset is that I had two pair of military shorts repaired, basically the side straps that assist the with making the waist a little shorter was repaired on one pair of shorts. Both shorts needed the zippers replaced due to both breaking for some odd reason on a routine basis. When brought in, Megan said she can repair them and is there any specific time frame needed for them. I honestly told her no, because it's not like I was going to die without them if I didn't have them by tomorrow or within a few days. I brought them in on Tuesday, the 14th and was told they would be done in a few days, but when I came back, the zipper kept breaking, so I asked to have both replaced. She had told me several times it would be done in a few days, but a few days turned to two weeks 2 days... When I came in today on 10-29-2019 at approximately 8:20 a.m, she had stated she forgot to finish them and I said no problem again and left, she had asked if it was alright to pick them up on Tuesday November 4th at the same time. I was confused, because these weren't big issues, but I don't believe in rushing anyone. I received a call today 10-29-2019 at 9:45 a.m, telling me that they are done, so I went back again. I was told the price for both was $45.00 dollars. In the future I definitely would really recommend her business to anyone.

I had to have a suit and shirt pressed basically immediately for a funeral due to flight schedule. Not only did they get me in immediately after being told no by other cleaners, but they also did it for free. I am truly humbled by your kindness. Thank you.

The owner is such a pleasant woman, already is pulling my clothes as I walk in, walks them to the car, and the quality of work has always been excellent. By far the best combination of customer service and quality workmanship I’ve experienced at a cleaner.
