Not to happy me and my husband purchased a truck here. We did not get a warranty but also asked sales guy even though it didn't come with a warranty that if something was to come up within a week or two if they would be able to help her said yes. So during the test drive I asked if truck had remote start was told yes and while driving i noticed what I thought was a cracked windshield by the wiper so since he was on that side I asked him if that's what it was he responded with no it was just dirt and a reflection. so I was like OK. So upon getting home and 4 days later the aftermarket remote start ended up malfunctioning and went into theft mode and completely locked it up and was not usable. I called dealership and was told sorry nothin we can do for you so ended up paying a good amount of money to get it taken out and fixed. Then when riding in the passenger side I noticed the same mark in the windshield I asked about and you could clearly see it was a crack in the windshield so I do feel deceived about that too. The only decent outcome was when I called the finance manager he apologized for the truck breaking down and offered to give us a free tank of gas and these days just a tank of gas is something was that is come to that but ya

Dealer would not work on our van because it has a wheelchair conversion with ramp. Toyota Lexus repair not only fixed everything, but replaced all fluids and made sure the engine was on great shape. They were very very nice, stayed in touch during the repairs, and did not cost me a fortune. Would absolutely go back to themServices: Oil change

Armik is the best mechanic I’ve ever met in Las Vegas. I bought my son a used Lexus and needed help diagnosing the check engine light. He was very patient and fair. I could not give him a higher recommendation! Any other shop would’ve kept fixing the wrong things and charging me. This was not an easy diagnosis. The "check engine" light came on while on a trip to Las Vegas, and I was fortunate enough to find this Toyota service expert. Amrik was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less time than anyone else I called. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, honest, and service-minded. If I lived here, this is where I would go.
