They closed as of 3:57 pm Saturday! Sad. I was looking for live chickens and such. Supposedly in February but not any longer.

Holy cow. First time I went there today. I normally go to Jones feed but they were out of the bedding we needed. I will continue to go to Jones feed simply because it's a local business but.... Tractor supply had so much more than just stuff for animals. I had no idea. I got a shirt and a few other things. But they have great quality clothes and cute for CHEAP. A VAST majority of animal supplies for way less expensive than petco or petsmart or Amazon. I noticed they have my dogs joint vitamins for literally HALF the price as Amazon. I will be going back there for that. Plus my goal for 2026 is no more Amazon shopping. It was clean and the employees were very kind as well.

The cashier Lena is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her line was empty and I went to her line to ask her about an online pickup order, but she was having a chat with someone who wasn't in line, someone standing behind her, so she sent me to another cashier who was struggling with someone else's transactions. She just pointed. Then Lena helped everyone else who came to her line. I sat on the floor in the other line for about 10 minutes. Then I looked around the store for anyone who works here. There was no one around aside from the 2 cashiers. The one cashier was busy helping that same guest the entire time I was there. I will not do business with this place any longer. I tried calling so I could report this to a manager. When I picked the order up from her she just handed it to me. Nothing was said. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Waited in line and asked the checkout register associate in the front where an item was that I did not find on the sales floor, and continued to check out 3 other groups of people that came after me before she helped me again. I would have not been upset if the line was originally long, but it was just people that were filtering into the line and getting helped right away. I would have asked someone who would be working on the floor but there was no one. I guess it’s not first come first serve here so expect to wait.

It was the first time I went there to buy food for my chickens and my cat and I was really surprised that I found it super cheap compared to other places.

I was really looking forward to using the dog wash station at Tractor Supply, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The equipment was subpar - the sprayer was hard to adjust and the water pressure was weak. To make matters worse, the station was filthy. I spent the first 10 minutes cleaning out the tub, unclogging dog hair from the drain, and disinfecting everything. The conditioner was also completely out- for weeks. What was even more disappointing was the staff’s lack of concern about the station’s condition. The initial appearance of the store was promising, but the dirty and poorly maintained dog wash station was a major turn-off. I’m not sure if a company change or staff changed happened but when the store opened and for years after it was unkept very well, now it’s disgusting and a not kept up anymore. Id also like to add that prior to writing this review i visited three different times and every time i hoped it would look diffrent and i have constantly been let down and disappointed. Unless they improve their facilities, I would not recommend the dog wash station at Tractor Supply.

I made an online order last eek and they only gave me half of it. Despite me showing them my receipt, they standing around my order for 30 minutes telling me they can’t honor it and at one point asked me to pay for it a 2nd time. I had to leave without my order or my money.
