I love their carrot cake with the cream cheese icing muffins but you take a chance buying them because the store will literally restock them with expiration dates of just 2-3 days to eat them. If you dont eat them the 1-2 day they harden. I've bit into a few and found green mold. I really enjoy eating them so I'll admit I bought more and knew I had 24-48 hours to eat them. The time before last the package I bough I cut them in half and 1 of 4 had green mold. The time after that 2 were hard and stale. Yes that will be the last time, I'm tired of playing Russian roulette with my cupcakes. I dont get how they always get put on the shelf so close to the expiration date and Ive seen them fill the shells so its not that Im going in after they have been out for a while.
Food selection and quality is like shopping at a regular grocery store now. I'm not sure about all locations but this one has definitely lost it's touch. Sure they have items that you cant find anywhere else but foods I bought to go in the oven have overbaked within 10 minutes when the boxes said leave in for 25-28 minutes. Outside rock hard but the center would still be cold.

I like Trader Joe’s but the only thing I don’t like it’s their grass fed meat. Twice I bought grass fed meat and it smelled badly I threw it out. I wonder why. I don’t see this problem with Whole Foods or sprouts.

I love TJ's and have shopped there forever in a few states. The pricing has gotten very shaky lately which is hard to understand. Some things are a great deal while others are way too high. Hopefully if the election goes well, things will straighten out with some stability for suppliers.
