I really like this Trader Joe’s.. everyone is nice and it’s organized, just like the other ones I’ve been to, but I had to post to warn people to not get their cutie oranges! They were giving out samples on Saturday and I grabbed a bag.. it’s Tuesday and look at this. Disgusting ):

It's taken me a few months to finally write a review because normally I love Trader Joes but this has gotten to the point I have to say something. First bad experience I had was with a woman named Charmey. Brought in a receipt I had gotten a tough steak and she questions me and it was embarrassing. Asks where is the steak. Like I'm going to bring in a half eaten steak. I had my receipt so no questions should have been asked. 2nd time Charmey and another employee gossiping about someone and didn't even talk to me, their customer. A few other incidences of the same nature. Talking to other employees while waiting on me instead of giving me the attention I deserve as a customer. All these other instances of being ignored came from Black and Latino employees who have a laugh and great conversation with customers that are of their own race but being I'm just an older white woman I'm pretty much ignored. Racism goes both ways guys and no customer should be neglected while you visit with each other in front of me or visit with customers who are the right race in your eyes. Do Better!!! I will for now on go to the Summerlin Location and if this kind of behavior continues Over there I will be contacting corporate,which I might do anyways. The Green Valley location does NOT behave this way. This is disgusting, hurtful and needs to be addressed immediately and if not, of I get no reply to this review you can be assured I will take this matter to corporate. What happened to great customer service you guys are known for? What happened to customer service where you are attentive and kind to ALL of your customers? I have worked customer service before. I'd never Dream of treating one race differently than another nor would I embarrass a customer who had their receipt. Never Dream of carrying on a conversation in front of a customer or gossip about another employee in front of a customer, which is what Charmey did. Bought Grump Tree 3 weeks ago. It died in 1 day. Thought I would try again. Second one died in 2 days. Shame Trader Joes. I bought them as live so I could plant them. Putting them in trash tomorrow.

Was so incredibly busy. All the staff are working in 2s so if you needed help to find something they were too busy talking to each other to help. Finally found someone to help and the item I drove across town to get was discontinued. Merp.

This Trader Joe's is a fun place to visit. Our only complaint is that no matter when we visit, the aisles are filled with employees stocking the shelves, causing a backup of carts all over the store. There's also hardly ever a tasting table. That's always nice to try new things. Other than these 2 issues, we love the store. The checkout clerks are always easy to laugh at my husband's bad jokes. Will return.

A somewhat pricey yet trendy store to shop. The only two drawbacks is the pricing and close to expire dates. You will find a wide selection of healthy eating foods. Suggested recipes and holiday pics.
Always friendly service.
