This location was nice and clean! There were only two people working so the service was a little slow. Fortunately, we weren't in a hurry and enjoyed our waiting time. The food was absolutely delicious! I got the peanut paradise smoothie and was shocked by how good it was. I'll definitely get that one again.

Waited 20 minutes in store after driving 10 minutes from another CLOSED location and was not greeted, acknowledged, or spoken to after making eye contact several times. I even said "Excuse me" multiple times and was completely ignored. I was in disbelief and I will never return. If you don't want to work, don't come to work!

Yeah usually it's at least mixed don't know what's going on but, not cool and my breakfast got messed up badly as you can see wasn't fully blended....

It's rare to come across such amazing customer service at chain locations. So imagine my surprise when my boys and I were treated with such care. We went on a little smoothie date and our day was made because of the woman at Tropical Smoothie. She gave us extra time and attention. She sliced my baby's apple into slices and made us feel taken care of. I'm so grateful. It's hard being a mommy, so when I'm taken care of, I appreciate it

Smoothies were watered-down and lacked flavor. Didn't get weigh protein in my shake & the employee who was there had an attitude and seemed bothered that she had to WORK. Definitely not going back!

Not Serving Food - I see other people have been told the same thing. They can only make a smoothie, no food, waiting for other employee. THIS IS CRAZY! They must be losing SO MUCH MONEY! Girl that took my order was ON HER PHONE THE WHOLE TIME, EVEN WHEN MAKING MY DRINK! WOW!

I ordered 20 smoothies for an athletic team. I neglected to call ahead to inform them as I traditionally do. The delivery time their system spit out was an hour after my pick up time. The manager was understanding and professional and got the smoothies made on time. I appreciate her and her team.

This place is open 24 hours. I always get the Bahama Mama with an Energy boost. The smoothie is worth $9 because it replaced my normal breakfast. The staff was so nice. He held the doors open for me. I use a walker and he could see me struggling to hold my drink.

I was told that food wasn't available because the other employee was going on a bathroom break. As I sat and waited, I could see the employee who took my smoothie order, making the smoothie and another person in the back cleaning. This is not the 1st or 2nd time something like this happens at this location. The family that was behind me in line left because of this.Kudos to the dude who couldn't look me in the eye at the register. He was nice. Boo I couldn't spend more monies here.

Came here for a smoothie and walked into the location rather than the drive thru. The customer service was subpar, but at least they were not rude or slow. Ordered my drink, the associate made the drink asap as there was no one else in the store, and then left. The smoothie was good as always, Bahama Mama! :p This store location was also clean inside and no complaints there. The only tip I am leaving is that it would be nice to be greeted when we walked in, especially being the only customers.

Only one employee. That alone is just sad. Having to do everything by herself. Terrible. Even for online orders. Why isn't the manager here to assist.
