Walked in and waited about 10 minutes for my order to be ready, meanwhile not one person greeted me or asked confirmed that they saw me. Finally after another person's order became ready a gentleman asked if I'd ordered or was awaiting an order. Definitely needs work on customer service.

I went there to days in a row this week the first they ran out of some fruit … tried again and they actually ran out of gloves and after I prefer they said they would have to fix my food bare handdd … no ma’am . Especially when there were stores so close to where they could have went and bought a box of gloves for cheap … uncalled for

I went last night and the kid took my cash payment and started making my food, I told him you didn't wash your hands, he said yes I did I went over there.. I saw him in the drive-thru... I will never be back..

This establishment truly is not 24-hrs. I placed an order online and there was no one there. No one manning the drive-thru or behind the counter. There were other online order tickets piling up and on the ground. Now it's an act of Congress to get a refund. If there was a rating less than one star, I would give it.

We waited in line for 20 minutes and when we finally got to the window after ordering , The guy was clueless and didn’t even remember our order. He placed our order again at the window and had to take it 3 more times. Told us the total “was about $48 or something” smh fruit flies in the smoothie as well. Will not be

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for one smoothie. There was a car in front of us with an upset customer. Instead of asking said customer to pull to the front and resolve the issue, they sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins arguing over a free wrap. Once the person behind us got out of their car and asked the employee to please have her pull forward to let us all out of the line, we were able to move. Still charged us full price for the smoothie, didn't give us a receipt, I'm assuming so we didn't do their survey. There was a million other ways to handle the difficult customer and that was not it. Smoothie was obviously not good by the time we got it.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Blue Diamond is a polarizing location, so I will cover the good and the areas where they need substantial improvement.I have only used the drive-thru, so my experience consists of drive-thru orders. The first smoothie I ordered was Mango Magic. Mangos are my favorite fruit, so I figured I would like it. However, I didn't, so on my second visit, I asked the delightful Black lady who answered the intercom for any recommendations, and she suggested the Island Green and Pomegranate Plunge, both of which I loved. The lady's customer service was excellent, and the other employee's customer service skills were solid.This is a 24-hour location, yet, on various occasions, I have arrived at the restaurant to find that the open sign was on, the front door locked, and nobody was there. On one occasion, I ordered a smoothie online at 12:45 am, and when I arrived, no one was there. Since I chose the ASAP option, I could not cancel my order either, so I got charged for a smoothie I did not receive. Fortunately, I returned mid-morning, and the lady honored my purchase. Nevertheless, it is a terrible look to place an order and drive up to an essentially closed business that's supposed to be open 24 hours.I have tried going to this location numerous times after midnight, and it has been hit or miss. Often, more were missing because no one was there. Recently, it appears they hired new employees overnight. However, the two smoothies I ordered did not taste the same. The Island Green Smoothie tasted like it didn't have all the ingredients or mixed improperly. Maybe the new employees are experiencing a learning curve.I tried the grilled chicken breakfast wrap, and it was decent but not tasty enough that I would order it again. I tried a chicken Quesadilla at a different location, and it was okay, but also not an item I would purchase regularly.The smoothies that I recommend, if made correctly, are the Island Green, Avocolada, Pomegranate Plunge, Acai Berry Boost, and Bahama Mama.The protein-packed Chi Banana Boost and Peanut Paradise smoothies are not bad.Unless you’re a health buff, I would avoid the Detox Island Green because it had no sweetness. I drank it. However, I would never order it again.If this location can consistently maintain overnight staff and the new employees get brought up to speed on how to make proper smoothies, they could be a 5-star business. However, currently, they’re two stars tops.

most disgusting establishment. mold in ice machine, rotten produce still being served, district managers don’t gaf !!! Nobody doing they job, mishandling product, health standards are below approval! BE CAUTIOUS WHERE YOU EAT. mold everywhere.

Zero stars !! I ordered VIA app. On January 19th because my boss asked me to get smoothies and breakfast for the office. I figured since it was an order with four smoothies and multiple food items the app. Would have been easier, I pulled up to the drive thru speaker box and sat there for five minutes.. I SAW SOMEONE INSIDE.. a brunette person. They DID NOT talk to me on speaker so I drove up to the window where you get food and sat there for maybe two minutes and nothing, I drove around and parked my truck (which by this time I am now late for work .. thanks) parked my truck, got out and tried to go inside and it's locked .. which now it is 7:10am this location says it's open 24 hours a day.. I do understand that maybe they didn't have something for a smoothie or didn't have a certain food item but just tell me! Not only that.. the app. Charges your card ! My card was charged $50 for food and drinks that I did not receive! BUT WAIT THERES MORE! I sat in the parking lot watching the door like a hawk because I had my heart set on a smoothie, while I was sitting in the parking lot I googled the corporate number for tropical smoothie, I called and spoke to someone that took down my name, phone number and email all for them to NOT REACH OUT TO ME! I always come to this location but this experience literally got me so pissed I'll never go to a tropical smoothie again. I wish the smoothie king down the street opened earlier.

You may want to check on what your night shift employee gets up to. I was supposed to pick up a delivery, but nobody was manning the store. The lights were all on and so was the open sign at 3:00 am on Wednesday 01/24/2024, but nobody came to the window for several minutes and the phone went unanswered twice. They screwed with my job, so I hope theirs gets screwed with.

I like the shakes I hate the attitudes...Can u believe I went to a tropical smoothie an as I'm waiting the worker got mad because I said no I was next...as she tried to take another order that was after me....an I'm standing in the store for over 15 min....didn't say who's next or can I take it he next order...the customer an the worker was way wrong...but then I peeped game.....for those that know

This place needs to shut down. One reason is they advertise that they are open 24 hours and so I ordered online last night. When I went to pick it up, I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one ever answered. Then the door was locked but the open sign was on and all the lights was on. So I called several times last night and today and still no answer. I drove back to at least get my smoothies or a refund tonight and the degenerate employee refused to give me what I’ve already paid for or refund me my money. This is ridiculous customer service.
