The gentleman who works the late night shift here is absolutely amazing! Ya'll should give him a raise. He gets flooded with orders sometimes and handles it so well. He is always friendly and happy even though he is swamped and working alone!

I placed an order online. I showed up after it was supposed to be ready and they hadn't even began making it, even though the store wasn't busy. Took over 20 minutes and I saw multiple people come in, place an order and get served while waiting.

Half the people don't speak English so they can't take your order and the service is incredibly slow. The place will be empty, there will be 2-3 people in the back working, and they won't take my order because the one English speaker is in the bathroom.Horrible service and done coming here, especially considering how expensive it is.

Waited 5 minutes at the cashier with absolutely no acknowledgment of me being there despite talking to coworker. Lost my business for good.

This has by far the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. I walk in and the cashier is sleeping on the table and when I walk in she wakes up and asks if I am here for pick up or to order and then proceeds to make my smoothie wrong 3 times. It’s incredible how hard it is to make a smoothie

I placed my mobile order on my way to work at 5:45am, I arrived at 6:01, all the lights were on but nobody was there. I called numerous times, I tried honking (maybe in the restroom??) nothing. I had to get to work, I waited 15 minutes (ridiculous wait time even if I got the smoothie) I've contacted customer service but this is ridiculous, I could have gone somewhere else if they had just advertised they're not actually 24 hours This is a horrible way to run a franchise and as the franchisor, Tropical Smoothie should really step in as I see this is a continuous problem at this location. What a shame. Update : I have contacted them on that website 3x, they do not get back to you!

really bad experienc, I took my minor child to get a smoothie and they are playing extreme perverted rap music with major sexual slang words with bad words. it was humiliating and awkward to walk into a smoothie joint. i expressed my concern and they said the managers don't notice and they are ok with it and nothing they can do it's radio music and they seemed, like this is normal- not impressed or going with the cool hip hop - crazy place!!!

Did an online order. Both doors were locked. Waited 20 minutes. Called the store twice. Don't know what happened, but I paid for smoothies that I did not receive ? 250am-315am...apparently not 24/7

Management sucks... leaving only 1 employee to work with a lobby full of customers... if I were this guy working here I would leave with the doors open and put up a sign help yourself to anything you want.

They have 5 workers and no customers. Waited 10 mins to place an order which I was front in line. One on cell phone. No sorry for the wait? Customer service lacked.
