Sorry, I love Tropical Smoothie! But I have to give this place 1 star. We went two nights in a row through the Drive Thru and I've never had any trouble prior with ordering. When we tried to order, there was no response for a good 5 minutes. Went around to the window and no one was there. So we parked and tried to make it known we wanted to order but still nothing! This was around midnight. And earlier it was about 10pm. So strange. Just stares at us. Never had this happen, and it was with different sets of workers each time. Don't know what's happening but hope everything is ok.. Cuz I really loved this location! Is it not 24 hrs anymore?

The worst service i gave experienced at this location is horrendous. We waited for 25 minutes in the store fir our online order. We watched as multiple people got their orders before us. In top of the slowness, my food order was wrong. Which caused another 10 minute wait on our already 25 minute wait. The staff was unapologetic to our 35 minute wait time. My smoothie was done before i left with my food. Clearly needed assistance making food and instead of moving employees to assist in the food area that clearly needed help.When i asked the status of out food, i was told to “not worry about it” and then when my food arrived (20 mins after the time given on the app) the all american wrap felt small and i opened it to find no eggs. The staff told me that i was just “not seeing the egg” when clearly no egg was in the wrap. It was remade, but with an attitude and made me feel bad for wanting to have the correct order.I would not recommend this location to anyone. The one on st rose pkwy is much more efficient and less time consuming.

This is the 3rd time that I've ordered online, paid, arrived and there is no staff working! I've been ripped off 3 times.

I ordered one Smoothie in the drive-thru. 2 cars were ahead of me. I made it up to the window 25 minutes after I ordered. They asked me to repeat my order -- they forgot it, and so of course they hadn't started it yet. I told them I'd waited long enough and to forget it. There was no apology for the delay. They think this is how long their customers should wait for 1 smoothie.

I'm definitely reporting the day time female manager that works here that has the scar above her lip. I do not know her name however she acted so unprofessional with me that they just lost alot of money with me alone because I'll never return here as long as she's still employeed with this location. I am definitely contacting the better business bureau and reaching out to corporate to let them know of my negative experiences here and how there phone is shut off and your unable to reach them via phone. They need to send a secret shopper here during the day time and night time. Let them know you don't want the card reader waved in your face and that if you wanted to tip you would and it's unnecessary to be waving the card reader in your face and you'll see the demons come out. Like you have to provoke it a bit but you'll see what I'm talking about. There is a reason this place has 2.7 ratings. It's a horribly managed location. These people strike me as the type of people that would spit in your food if they know they can get away with it if no one is watching them. Be careful with this location. I don't trust the staff here at all.

I decided to try this location after experiencing inconsistent service and dissatisfactory smoothies at a different location. I went on a Thursday evening, and the restaurant looked brand new, like it recently opened. From the front, it seems like a dine-in-only restaurant. However, customers can locate the drive-thru to the far right, which loops around the rear of the building.I ordered the Chi Oatmeal pudding bowl, which tasted as delicious as the photos look. I expected it to be hot because I thought all oatmeal was hot. However, it is a cold dish.I did not receive my receipt so I couldn't add points for my purchase, and the manager did not ask me if I wanted to dine in or not; she just handed me the bag.I only went to this location once, and I will return for the Oatmeal pudding bowl and to find out if their smoothie-making is better than the previous location I frequented.

I stopped by last night and was having a problem with my app. Justin who was working at the time was great! He was so kind and courteous. Customer service like he provided makes me want to go back regularly.

I ordered food online for pick up on the way home from work around 2am,(place said it was open 24 hours). Came to get the food and the place was locked, lights out, phone disconnected and the employee sleeping at a table listening to music… so disappointing..

Everytime i try to order from here they’re out of at least one of the items. They also forget the sides everytime without fail. I think it’s a requirement to be incompetent to be employed for tropical smoothie.

If I could give -100 stars I would. This is the worst Tropical Smoothie store to exist. I have been in the customer service industry for 10 years now and I don't even understand how these people were hired for such a simple role. I have never been encountered with eye contact, a smile or a smooth interaction. Today I went through the drive thru and my order was rushed and the window slammed in my face. I never write reviews unless it's that bad. Do better.

Worst Tropical smoothie I've ever been to. When I ordered it seems like what I wanted is somthing they didn't want to make with the answer of "it's ok" after everything I said. Took me 1-2 minutes to order(expected). They told me to pull yo the window and I waited at the window for 15 minutes... I waved my had to get someone to wonder what's taking so long to even take payment yet alone make a 7-8 minute smoothie as I was the only person in the drive through and no one in the parking lot. I waited an additional 9 minutes and I just pulled off I was tired of waiting. As soon as I was pulling off I heard the window open. There was no communication of being behind or it's taking longer than expected. They lost my business for good. I will be driving to Smoothie king on Decatur and Blue Diamond.
