I just made this tropical smoothie my regular spot, the staff is amazing! Especially Amaya L who was so helpful in explaining the menu and made one great smoothie. I will definitely be back!

Our orders are always fine, but during my most recent trip through the drive through the person at the window held on to the credit card machine and said, “It asks for a 15 or 10% tip, which would you like me to select?” After I told him what to select, he gave it to me to pay.Every other time, the person will tell you what it says, what to do, and hand you the credit card machine so you can make your selection and pay.This time it was very off putting. You don’t enter your own tip.

This place always gets my order right and has quality food and drinks. The location is very nice as well. My only complaint is that they automatically add a tip for their self to the price whereas tipping should be voluntary.

Ordered online because they say they open at 7am , they had the door locked and the guy was just standing in there ignoring me while I was at the door , at about 9:04 the lady finally comes to open the door , I have a trailer on my truck so I can not go through a drive thru , the fact that he didnt even say anything at all while he seen me standing out side waiting for them to decide to unlock the door is crazy , I will never come back here again, they wasted my time and made me late

First off...I love their smoothies! The Mango berry cosmo is to die for. My problem is with the staff. Twice I've purchased the supergreen chicken wrap and the turkey bacon ranch sachwich and was not given my choice of a side. Are they keeping the sides for themselves? Hmmmmm

This is the 4th time I've visited this location at 7am/720/730 and today 9/28 it is 749 am and once again no one is here. Pathetic. Who is running this location because clearly the morning person isn't up for this early gig.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. The person in front of me left without getting their smoothie because it took too long. There were a few smoothies on the counter and she handed me mine, I drove home and realized it was the completely wrong smoothie. I won't go back for a while, maybe they just need to get a new crew in there.

Ordered online for pick up. Was told 40 minutes until order would be ready.Showed up 35 minutes later to find my order picked over on a side table in customer area AND all smoothies missing. I was told my order had been sitting there since it was ordered and that they don't go by the quote times on the order itself. Also, I ordered an adult chx quesadilla but received a child cheese quesadilla. Management was rude and wouldn't remake the cold, picked over, incorrect order.. and only remade the missing smoothies when I said to remake them.. which took another 15 minutes. Worst experience so far.. ruined our family lunch. We are done trying different locations and hoping for better quality & service.

Idk why this place has such a low rating. The staff is super friendly. Especially Christa* I hope I spelled that right. They always greet you and bring your order to the table.

Your employees need to stop asking for tips. They aren't waiters on that kind of hourly wage. Provide good service and you'll get tipped, but you gotta stop expecting it.
