The staff at Tumi Store - Forum Shops was amazing and efficient. Good selection and Decent prices was five-star customer service. Marc was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He understood a dilemma, took charge and replaced a broken lock, shipped a bag home, even monogrammed it. Tricia was very helpful, personally delivered a carryon to a hotel and shipped 2 bags to a home. Great personal service was above and beyond. you know you getting your money's worth. The store will always call this staff for future purchases.

Love my new Celina backpack! Alondra was very kind greeted me right when I walked in and showed me all the compartments the backpack had! I was sold! I told her I’d come back 3 days later she still remembered me. Customer service here was great!
