These people especially the new people are idiots and have poor customer service. when i first rented the storage unit they staff were cool and helpful ever since that guy left this place hasnt been the greatest. Cant wait tovmove my things iut and be done with this place

Very polite staff. When picking up and returning truck, they were very polite & helpful. They made it obvious that they appreciated your business. Also, I needed to extend my rental - easily handled by a quick (polite) phone call. Service like that has become a lost art over the years.

Went tonight to fill up propane - range the hell several times after 10 minutes no one came out so I went inside. After another 10 minutes a very rude woman informed me that the only person trained to do it was on lunch and that no one came out to help me for a reason but I can drive 5 miles to another location - no thanks.

They now want a credit card to pay for the pickup rentals they offer. They will however, take a debit on their box trucks. That makes no sense. No matter what bank I use the charges come through in different amounts over a week or two causing security checks from the bank occasionally. Why would anyone want that situation on their credit card. I've been using this locations trucks for many years. Never had a payment issue and always get them their trucks back on time. So yeah, trying to force customers to pay with a credit card is disappointing. Especially since you can run most debits through as credit anyway. The new manager has changed things as this isn't a corporate requirement for their pick ups. So I'll check out some other uhaul locations see if I can find a better one.

I rented a trailer with satisfactory “in-office” customer service.They instructed me to collect it from the back.When I didn't find anyone there, I tried calling them but couldn't get immediate assistance.I attached the trailer to my SUV by myself, which was a bit challenging.I mistakenly pulled an extra trailer for a short distance before noticing and correcting the issue. They trailers were sitting on top of each other.Afterward, I informed the front desk about the lack of assistance.They quickly sent someone to help, but I ended up guiding and assisting in the loading process, as the person seemed physically unable to do so.Currently, my knee is sore from the experience, but I'm hoping that it won't be a major problem.It all wouldn’t have normally been a big deal but, since I’m recovering from long COVID my heart rate was elevated for hours after the exertion. I’m just not in the shape I was prior to my 3rd bout of covid.I should’ve just told them to do their job. Will do that next time.

I AM DISAPPOINTED A TIRE ON THE TRAILER I RENTED BROKE AND THEY HAD TO GO TO REPLACE IT IT LASTED MORE THAN 2 HOURS IN THE EXTREME SUN WITH MY CHILDREN I DESPERATE AND I WENT TO BUY A NEW ONE FOR $150 UNTIL NOW THEY HAVE NOT TOLD ME OR MADE ANYTHING ABOUT IT .I THINK I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY THAT AND THEY SHOULD HAVE WELL CHECKED WHAT THEY RENT BECAUSE APART FROM EXPENSIVE, BAD

Update: I went in today to discuss my storage unit and the new manager (since I've last been in) named Paula was super helpful. I've had really bad luck with storage places and uhaul in the past, so it is nice to see they have someone who genuinely did her best to help me with all my needs. Thank you Paula!Previous:Had a really rough start with them, but Travis (and Javier) were very helpful and I know they are working to put new management in place, so I am thankful they are working to get better.

I reserved a trailer a week ago and when I went to pick it up they refused to rent to me because they didn't have the details for my car in their system. The lady helping us made extra effort to put in details that match my vehicle she found on the web using her phone. After all that, she was told it would take 24 hours for them to verify the information and let me know. I had been in Las Vegas waiting all weekend and had no place to stay for one more day. Plus, I had to get back to work. During the reservation process it did say there was an issue with the car. It let me proceed and informed me that a visual inspection would be required before renting. The visual inspection passed with all information labeled according to the requirements. I also did all the registration online as they asked me to do stating it would save me time at the store. When I got to the store I was told it didn't matter, they had to do it all again. I have spent a bit of money with U-Haul in the past. I will say this I will always choose any other option for truck or trailer rentals in the future. The counter help was good. The management was horrible.
