The customer service is trash and rates are lies. The hold on your reservation will be doubled even when you spend money for gas and return it EARLY.

I had an inspection to see if the hitch could be put on my car they said yes, no problem. I brought it in 6 days before I move because they are so backed up they employee Nicholas says it can't be done. Which is fine, wish I would've known that in the inspection 2 weeks prior instead of getting the yes and overlooking details. I had cancelled my movers and now have to pay double. I asked what could be done the employee Nicholas spoke to the manager who said "we have enough business booked out so there's nothing we can do for you" pretty unprofessional and rude. I'll definitely be letting know all my friends and family not to go through U-Haul!

I got moving help and they wanted a review so l did. I wrote down the cash tip i gave them. Next thing my credit card was charged 60.00 the amout of the cash tip i gave already. I got moving help though uhaul but they said it wasn't there problem. Then moving help won't help so I'm out 60.00

Haven't even picked up my truck yet and already a nightmare to deal with U-Haul . They have my pick up at the wrong store and there's no trailer and there's supposed to be . They called and left a voicemail when they were supposed to email me . I've called 8 times every time on hold for 20 minutes directly then at the 20Minute mark I've been hung up on every time . Needless to say it's already been a giant pain in the a** and I haven't even got the truck yet . I recommend Penske just pay the difference every time you can you can at-least talk to someone and fix the problem

Only 1 problem. They need more staff to handle customers that already made reservations that made appointment at a certain time we show up & then stand in long line to get paperwork processed to get keys for truck rented with movers waiting. Big delay so maybe Uhaul could have person calling customers up at their designated appointment time scheduled for picking up truck. That would make us customers on schedule & lots happier with transactions at Uhaul.
