I went back-and-forth, whether or not to hire a moving company or do it myself. After doing an adequate amount of research and comparing the numbers, I moved forward with my gut. I rented a U-Haul with a trailer to tote my car, from Las Vegas to Texas, although the Truck was a little nerve-racking to drive it first, I adjusted easily. I recommend driving around your area before committing to a long trip. this will allow you to trade in the vehicle if necessary. Other than that, I highly recommend this location. They were very helpful and communicated perfectly.

Rented a truck. Asked for a dolly. Was told one is in truck. I get home, there was no dolly. Drove back to retrieve a.dolly. I got ugly looks of disbelief that there wasn't one in there. Ladies were kinda rude until the one who brought truck forth confirmed there was NO dolly when handed over truck...was told about the fuel is $5.70 a gallon if I don't refill...I used less than a quarter tank....$15 in fuel PLUS a $30 fuel FEE! that part I was not informed of.

I hate moving and I'm not a fan of spending money on renting a uhaul either, but at least this place makes it more tolerable.

Wish I knew this store is a 3rd party company that can't technically help you. The Uhaul rental in Washington chose this place as my drop off. Had a 10' truck and was towing my car. When I dropped it all off I was informed they don't assist with unloading towed cars, but someone inside could "Do it for twenty bucks." They also told us to just look up a YouTube tutorial to figure it out. Super unhelpful and unprofessional. They didn't even do a once over on the dropped off equipment. I ended up leaving my lock on the truck by accident, so they were gonna charge me 40 dollars to cut it off. I had to drive back down to take it off. Just super disappointing.

It was a real trip. I mean really! When I reserved a van online, I selected to checkout the van using my phone as I had done in the past at other Uhaul locations. When I arrived, the only van that I saw on the lot had a flat tire so I called to let the office know. At first the representative was confused about my comment so I explained again that I was there to check out a van via my phone and that the only van on the lot has a flat tire. She said that that's not the van and that I had to check in inside. When I entered the location I was blown away by the aroma of marijuana and air freshener throughout the whole front office. I was in total disbelief at what I was experiencing in a well known establishment such as Uhaul. After the lengthy check out process, I was told to wait outside for the van to be brought to me. After about 5-7 minutes of waiting in the cold, I decided to call to inquire about my van. I didn't walk in because I have a painful disability that's exacerbated by cold weather and by walking. I use a cane. Anyway, my calling to inquire seemed to make my wait time even longer so after another 5 more minutes, I called back and my call rolled over to the off-sight customer service center. I was told that I had already taken the van at 3:21 pm and she stated the number on the van. As she was doing that I saw a van pulling up in front of the office. I noticed that the number on the van didn't match the number that the representative stated so I went inside to inquire about my van. I was told that that's the van outside. I informed them that the number on the van doesn't match the number on my contract. They said that it didn't matter if the numbers match or not and that they know which van I have. I told them that I need the van that's numbered on my contract so the agent drew up a new contract. More of my time wasted. I couldn't believe how unorganized, untrained, careless, and unprofessional the staff are at that location. Long story shortened a little. I ended up needing to extend my rental so I called customer service and was told that the van I had was reserved for someone else at 10:30 a.m. so I needed to return it and get a different van and I agreed to return that van. Later I got a call from Christina stated that I didn't need to come in because she could extend my current rental, which was great. The only problem was, I later noticed two separate charges so I tried to call Christina to get an explanation but never made contact with her so I decided to wait until I returned the van.Upon returning the van I was greeted by a friendly face. I asked if she was Christina. She said, "No! That's my mom. She's inside" while opening the door and holding it for me to enter. When I reached the window, I asked for Christina. I was told that she's not in today. I let them know that her daughter just told me she's inside. I was told that her daughter is new so she doesn't know if Christina was there or not. I didn't even bother to let them know that the comment didn't make sense since I remembered the marijuana aroma the first time I visited that location. By the way, I didn't smell marijuana on the day I returned the van but the discombobulated demeanor of the staff made me remember that marijuana smoking goes on in that location. As I stated in the beginning, my experience was a real trip but that van was absolutely beautiful! The best Uhaul vehicle that I've ever rented in 30 something years! That's why they get 3 stars from me.

They are very shady returned truck with more gas then i left location with.They say will charge 6.50 a gallon if they have to put gas in notify me theyre charging me an extra 26.00 for refuel and i put total of just under 13 miles on truck becareful theyre not honest people
