Been with U-haul in Las Vegas since 2020 and the issue I have with them is their lame excuses for constantly increasing the rent. Never a real reason…just simply just because. I’m sure it’s for greed of course because why has my storage rent gone up 6xs in 4 yrs?? I plan to by a house next year and as soon as I do U-haul storage is history! Never again!

My storage unit has been leaking for a couple of years and they keep saying they fixed it ,but they have it so a lot of my stuff has been ruined I wouldn't recommend this place. I spoke to Brittany and she was no help.

Worst experience ever! After wasting 20 minutes trying to locate someone in the office. He wasn’t very helpful. We drove 1800 miles to gather some important documents from our storage unit. Upon arriving we realized we forgot the key. They say they can’t cut or break the lock off and referred us to an expensive locksmith. He had the number memorized. Mind you they cut locks on a regular basis and force you to buy one of their expensive locks. I’ve lost my key in the past and the storage unit I used didn’t charge to do this. I will never use public storage every again once I’m done retrieving my belongings. With that being said they should have a master key to access these locks they force you to use.

The person who help us was disrespectful and telling us if bird waste get on the truck we a responsible for a cleaning fee just rude and was talking to us any kinda way will never go there again

I'm very pleased with the Van I rented,.it worked perfectly for hauling my belongings safely. Jake is very friendly and answered all my questions efficiently to help me with everything I needed for moving.

Reserved a truck for 24 hours And then got there to find out we couldn't keep the truck for 24 hours the girl changed her reservation because of availability without asking

I have rented a van from this location three previous times and the service and equipment were great. This time the employee sat with his face in his phone until I interrupted him and asked him about my rental reservation. The van had a crack pipe the lighter used to light a crack pipe and a half full bottle of a drink. There was trash in it also. There was some type of paint on the side of van also that was not previously documented. Upon return of the van the employee was not explaining additional fees and seemed rude and put out by my questions. I will NEVER rent from this location again. I don’t tolerate rudeness.
