Worst experience ever! After wasting 20 minutes trying to locate someone in the office. He wasn’t very helpful. We drove 1800 miles to gather some important documents from our storage unit. Upon arriving we realized we forgot the key. They say they can’t cut or break the lock off and referred us to an expensive locksmith. He had the number memorized. Mind you they cut locks on a regular basis and force you to buy one of their expensive locks. I’ve lost my key in the past and the storage unit I used didn’t charge to do this. I will never use public storage every again once I’m done retrieving my belongings. With that being said they should have a master key to access these locks they force you to use.

I'm very pleased with the Van I rented,.it worked perfectly for hauling my belongings safely. Jake is very friendly and answered all my questions efficiently to help me with everything I needed for moving.

Reserved a truck for 24 hours And then got there to find out we couldn't keep the truck for 24 hours the girl changed her reservation because of availability without asking

I have rented a van from this location three previous times and the service and equipment were great. This time the employee sat with his face in his phone until I interrupted him and asked him about my rental reservation. The van had a crack pipe the lighter used to light a crack pipe and a half full bottle of a drink. There was trash in it also. There was some type of paint on the side of van also that was not previously documented. Upon return of the van the employee was not explaining additional fees and seemed rude and put out by my questions. I will NEVER rent from this location again. I don’t tolerate rudeness.

When we went in to ask about renting a storage unit, we were treated courteously & had everything we needed to know explained to us. Prices were reasonable. We would recommend this storage company.

Everything was good with our truck....it was our storage unit ....they tired to charge us for a dirty unit ....there was nothing in the unit .... I swept it before I left and swept the hallway....I told them watch the videos after that he said we left a banana peel (we did eat there but we had Popeyes and we ate in our car) so we told the truck uhaul guy and he called and the storage guy ....basically he seen the guy was trying to get us and didn’t let the storage guy from Charleston charge us a cleaning fee for a banana peel in the hallway that wasn’t ours #lessonlearnedalwaystakephotos

Service here is excellent! I was able to hold/reserve a unit for over a week without paying anything until my scheduled move in date! Neat/clean.Cameras everywhere to keep your stuff safe. TALL insides of units (at least mine is (top floor). 3 huge carts at every doorway! I will be using this place for at least 3 months. (Finding an apartment)...?

I came in at 4:30 on New Year's Eve desperately needing to add a trailer to the uhaul I was driving so I could empty my storage before six. The man working went above and beyond to find me an available trailer close by. He was a lifesaver!!!!!
