From the very beginning of getting a quote, the transactions were nothing but smooth sailing. On the pickup end, (the drop off of the trailer)the driver was nice, courteous, and professional. Upon pick up of the trailer I had an incorrect lock. The driver waited while I went to purchase one. This went above and beyond my expectations. Now retrieving my trailer, both drivers were awesome. My trailer arrived much earlier than estimated. This was stressful for me. Teresa at the Las Vegas office was nothing but the best and relieved this stress for me. She communicated with me and was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Overall, we had a really great experience with ups k. The trailer was very clean, our stuff arrived a day before the estimated arrival, and the trailer was picked up promptly when we were done. Any time I called, the employees were always so helpful & kind. I never had to wait long to speak to someone.
My only gripe was the communication when it came to dropping off/picking up the trailer. My estimated drop off of the empty trailer was 8am to 12pm. However, it wasn’t dropped off until 3:30 pm. I didn’t pay extra for guaranteed delivery, so while still frustrating, that one was on me. But then when they came to pick up the trailer, I wasn’t given any sort of time frame or call when they were on their way. A guy just showed up at 1 pm (so we didn’t technically even get three full days to load) and we weren’t completely done packing. Same thing with drop off of our trailer at our new home. There wasn’t any estimate or call when they were on their way, they just showed up.
Overall, it we really did have a great experience & our stuff arrived early and in good condition. I just wish their communication was a little better. I would definitely still recommend!

Our experience with both the driver in Rhode Island and here in Las Vegas with Daniel was nothing less than perfect. Very helpful with same day pick up once the units were unloaded.

Just moved to Vegas from Birmingham. Daniel was very helpful with dropping off the relo cube. He made great suggestions on the best spot to place it and then provided his cell for me to call once I was finished.
The management at the apartment didn't even notice the cube it was there for so short.
The items I had were mostly safe with two cheaper items (an amazon dresser thing and plastic tub) not making it due to a bungee cord snapping. But that was my packing issue.
Thanks again. 2nd time I've used them and works great.

I used uPack to move back to Hawaii from Las Vegas. They made it very easy and affordable. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgable. I would definitely use uPack again, but hope I never have to move. Mahalo nui uPack.

It took about 10 days to arrive and all my stuff made it! They also deliver to your door of available. I decided to pick up. Service was great though!

We’ve used ABF a few times and every time it’s a great experience! I love the fact that we have control of packing our belonging, while not having to hassle with transporting it! Everyone we spoke with or interacted with was helpful and friendly, from making sure we got the best deal to picking up the truck hours after we told them it was empty. Will definitely be using them again for our next move!

I used Upack to move from Alaska to Las Vegas. I had a great experience! All the employees I talked to were very nice and extremely helpful, from making the reservation down to the truck drivers. I would advise anyone using it to follow the directions for packing everything high and tight, we even used ratchet straps to hold the boxes in place, everything arrived as we packed it with nothing broken. My only criticism would be they need to work on the online delivery calendar, the online portal said we had to wait a week for the pod to be delivered once it had reached Vegas but when I called they had openings the next day for drop off.

I have used this service twice, first time moving from Maryland to Nevada in 2012 and it worked out very well so when I moved to Tennessee from Nevada in 2024, I decided to use the service again. Good choice. Everything arrived as well as can be expected. I had a little bit of a delay and lost a few items but, such is life :) It's all good and I would recommend this service.
***One important factor is to pack properly. Roads and turns can be bumpy.***

To preface, our interactions with every individual associated with U-Pack were phenomenal. They have top tier customer service, their drivers are exceptionally nice and took their time in explaining all features and attributes of the trailers we ordered, and made it easy during drop off and pick up on both ends of the country.
The reason I couldn't give them five full stars is because, during our journey from Las Vegas, NV to Charlotte, NC a large number of our items got damaged. Our family is (unfortunately) very experienced with moving and know the right and wrong ways to load a truck and we took extra care in loading these. Despite our best efforts, the wraps and blankets and extra padding we utilized, we still opened the trucks to find multiple boxes crushed and substantial damage to the majority of our wood furniture.
I know this is a pretty big factor into a rating and some would think it warrants more than a single star being deducted BUT we are also aware that there is a lot than can happen between any two locations, let alone when they are on opposite sides of the country. Some of this damage can be considered inevitable because of the distance but we do think the fact that the trailers navigated part of the distance via train is to blame for a large amount of it. If we had been aware they would be shipped via train and not just driven, we would have packed differently to account for the vibration of train tracks and the different kinds of starts/stops associated with that kind of travel.

Our whole U-Pack experience has been amazing. Customer service is easy to get in touch with and always does the right thing. Highly recommend them for any moving needs.
One caveat - they contract with ABF Freight to do the actual pickups and deliveries. The ABF team is kind, but not timely. There were hours late when they first dropped off the empty trailer to us because the driver got the wrong trailer and had to return back to the original pickup point. When they dropped off the loaded trailer they gave me an 9 am - 12 pm window, and delivered it after 2 pm. Just a little inconvenient when you have people coming to help you move who need to plan.
I'd recommend having them drop it off one day and calling your people for the following day so you don't have to worry about those delays.
