Very disappointed with this company. Prepaid for a product needed to repair my phone over a week ago. Told by tech that the product should arrive Tuesday or Wednesday and that I would be notified when the phone repair product arrives. I didn't receive a call from them and when I called Thursday (12-7-23), the tech that I spoke to attempted to get me to use a different product than the one I pre-ordered and prepaid for. He claimed there was an issue with the order and the wrong was sent and asked if I would be alright using something other than I paid for. Are you kidding me? I believe that this qualifies as deceitful work practices and asked for a refund. Funny thing is, is that he had an issue with processing my refund. Took 15 minutes to process the refund but it took 5 minutes to take my money. I can't believe that their reviews are as high as they are and not many people have had an issue with this company like I did. I went there because of the high reviews and I am thoroughly disappointed. Extremely pissed off in North Las Vegas, Nevada. I definitely won't recommend them

I took my son’s Nintendo Switch here. The customer service was great. They had to order the joystick from Nintendo and it was ready in less than two weeks!!! Affordable pricing and the staff was great

Their computer system to set up the appointment was a little bit glitchy, but that's the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars. Otherwise great service. Very happy with the results.

Staff was very courteous and efficient. Replaced the battery in my Pixel 7. Had my phone back in about 2 hours. Great experience!

My phone was luckily still under warranty so I was able to get it repaired with no cost! So happy since I had not had the phone for too long and my smart self didn't have insurance. Aly was very nice and helpful and I was about to get my phone fixed the same day. With definitely recommend to anyone with a Samsung phone or other brand.

I've been having trouble setting up a claim with asurion because I had a previous claim already made.. the only way to cancel a claim is to call but I didn't have a phone to call because mines was broken and I didn't have the option to use another at the time (you guys should make it so you can cancel a claim online) anyways, the clerk in store let me use the in store phone to call asurion and I was able to create a claim within minutes. It took about 2 ish hours for my phone to be fixed which is pretty fast. Overall the experience was good minus the fact that I ran into that claim issue

Sorry. I wanted to give this more stars but couldn't. Made an appt to fix the crease in my Samsung flip by having them replace the factory screen protector that came already on it. Received a text asking me to confirm my appt that same morning. Once I got there, I was told their computers were all down and there wasn't anything they could do. He looked at my appt info on their front computer. What they could have done is text or call me and let me know that their computers were down! And why do you need a computer to replace my Samsung flip phone screen protector, may I ask?! Afterward, I was told after 2p, and it would take 2 hours to do this! What?! To replace a screen protector?! Oh, come on now! This was a Saturday the place is empty as heck, and that's how long? Thankfully, when I left, I decided to give it a few days before a possible return. In that time, Samsung sent me an email asking if I was interested in the new flip 5 that's soon to be released, and did I want to pre-order for it? Yes, I do!!! So it worked out better for me because I have no clue how much this would have cost me but I'd rather trade it in for the new flip 5 that's supposed to be a huge upgrade from the 3 and 4 with a much larger outside screen and the issue with the screen protector is supposed to be an issue their up grading on as well. Very young people working in there and not very customer service friendly.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! IF I COULD GIVE LESS STARS I WOULD... They bait you in with lies about how they will check it for free, then soon as they get they grubby hands on your stuff they don't call and update you or anything. They will jus do anything to make a dollar by charging you for things they know WONT work.. I took my PS4 in because it was moving slow and they lied, LIED, And LIEDDD then start trying to charge things to my account so "If you do go to this Dump make sure you take ANY AND OR ALL important things linked to your account off because you will get charged for things you know you didn't do" ... So DONT go here !! "I now have a PS5, so that shows how much they really helped..." Also months later they will call saying come get it cause they couldn't fix it ? #WorstPlaceEver

2 stars for the staff being polite. Otherwise, took an iPad for a software issue, they couldn't fix, which sucks. Researched that they fix consoles, explained what was going on with my series X and was told it was fixed. Took it home. Plugged it in, etc. Still my issue persisted. Took it back with video of my console crash occurring for certain games. Waited about a week and unfortunately had to be refunded because it couldn't be fixed or could not figure out the issue. Major bummer for me. Will look beyond when it comes to console and iPad software repair.

The people there were ok the place took forever to fix my phone then when I went back to puck it up they didn't even put the screen protector on like I asked so I had to wait another 30 minutes for that. Then I leave and my phone stopped working about 4 hours after I left and they said it wasn't there problem cause it was working when I left there store so if I would NOT taking anything there to get fixed complete joke of a store!

Very helpful and fast service. Good vibes when entering this establishment. Answered all my questions and fixed my hijo's Nintendo switch in a week. Will go here again for my electronic problems and needs.
