This review is for Ulta at Lake Mead and 95. I know there is short staffing everywhere and I am sympathetic towards that. The cleanliness of this Ulta is pretty bad. It is maybe impossible to keep up but the samples are dirty, there are many broken, empty spaces where samples would go, the items are thrown on shelves and there are so many items that are sold out. The staff is very nice and attentive. The makeup samples, shelves and even the displays are very dirty. I go back every couple months to see if anything has changed and it is consistently unkept.

First of all, shame on me for even attempting to get my hair done at an Ulta "salon." Good thing I didn't. Rude employees, just like any other Ulta. You're not above anyone else. You're an Ulta employee.

Donna Karan Cashmere Deodorant Stick is the best anti-perspirant ever .I have tried many different deodorants and nothing works,I was still sweating .Now with this Cashmere Stick I never ever sweat again,and smells sooo good,you will never be stinky again.BEST IN THE WORLD ?

Last 06/28 was my birthday and I was very happy to look for my gift because I had my application and everyone and it was very bad attention, they didn't even want to help me and they didn't pay attention to me for more than 5 minutes, the girl had a very bad attitude and I said if I could ask someone else, his morning or something and he got upset I left this store without my gift and uncomfortable

Armando was the cashier. He’s very nice and nice to look at very aesthetic in there and his vibe is just off the hook thank you so much and he also gave me my birthday reward even though it wasn’t popping up and today is my actual birthday so the world is looking so good today.

I recently went to Ulta for the first time. I was looking for Eye creams. The staff was very nice. Gabby helped me out. She was super friendly and informative! Great customer service! I will definitely be coming here for future purchases. Really good experience and great eye cream to help with the dry climate! Thanks Gabby & Ulta !
