Honestly, exhausted from the condescending, antagonistic attitudes and passive-aggressive communication style certain female (Nancy) workers use here towards customers. No matter how nice you are, especially when asking for assistance or clarification, it has been a reoccurring issues I am faced with this unprofessional behavior. As if customers are purposely treated like they are stupid when asking for help in a store they work in to provide customer service. Besides that, the store is always clean and organized, other employees I have asked for assistance from have displayed a great amount of courtesy and mutual respect.

I had such an amazing experience. I had a wonderful and kind woman help me find my shade match in store (I think her name is Alisha?) and helped match a few different products to my skin tone. I explained my needs and skin concerns and I felt listened to and understood. Would definitely go back to her again if I had any other make up needs. Thank you for making something that’s usually so difficult for me so easy.

Customer service sucks. Now that they’ve locked up the perfumes been waiting for someone to ask if I needed help with anything. Stood waiting in front of a perfume for a while

I went in to purchase perfume and cologne. But could not get any help. I brought it to their attention that I needed help however after 10 min or more waiting no one came. I walked out and no one seem to care. Oh well this was my regular location but it won't be any longer

MOST OF THE ASSOCIATES WHO WORK THERE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND PROVIDE A HORRIBLE SERVICE THIS ALL THE TIME DOESNT MATTER WHAT DAY OR TIME YOU GO. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Went in for color matching on a cc cream and Vanessa was just super sweet in helping! Love that she was so genuine in making conversation while helping me out with my needs. It’s very rare that employees engage the way she does and I very much appreciated that!
