Angelique IS AMAZING! She helped me out so much. I was so nervous due to me never using makeup ever before. I was so confused about my foundation, concealer, and anything to do with makeup. Even trying to look through the makeup was STRESSING ME OUT! But, she helped me through every step of the way! Even taught me on where to put it. I normally NEVER leave reviews but, I knew my experience here deserves to be shared! Angelique is amazing, professional and patient! Definitely someone I would go back to for makeup advice ❤️

Took my son here for Cologne. Everything is locked up and it took over 20 minutes to be acknowledged, to have the cabinet unlocked and just to find out they didn’t even have a tester. Waste of time. Went to Macys, much better experience.

The lady that helped me went out of her way to take me to every item I said I needed and used every tester to make sure it was suitable for my skin type etc. Customer service you rarely see these days.

I went in on Friday and when I was checking out the guy asked for all kinds of personal information. I told him I did not want to give it to him and he proceeded to say that I needed to give it to him and that I wouldn't receive text or emails. Then why does he need my information? I said no and he would not check me out unless I gave it to him. I proceeded to give him false information. I think its disgusting that just to buy something I was pressured into giving out my personal information. Definitely wont be going there ever again.

Kylie did an amazing job with a full glamour makeover including smokey eyes and strip lashes! She had help from Lacy too who helped with my hair!
I looked awesome and got complimented on my look all night long!

The store is great minus customer service it was my first time at the location. I did not see any floor staff offering or asking to assist but most notably the cashier was rude.

Tbh I didn't leave feeling too good. I had visited to return some items and although I had confirmed several times to the young lady who had served me, her supervisor/mgr infront of me told the associate to open and check the items to see if they had been opened/used, I found it to be disrespectful and incentive. I've never experienced this before, other stores the associate has asked whether, or the items have been used, or not initially. Again never heard a manager still tell the associate to check the items.

I went in to get a foundation and I was helped by the sweetest associate named Jessie. He was so patient and kind and was so willing to help. He really knows his makeup and made me feel extremely comfortable with my choice.

Hit or miss. Love the products, but customer service is either really good or terrible! Makes me hesitant to shop in stores here. The terrible service is always from the cashiers. Most recent experience: while handling the transaction, the cashier just talked to her coworker about personal life stuff. She refused to use my order number to look at my receipt for a return and insists on using my phone number instead. I had the online order emails on hand. Multiple emails of the same order number: when I purchased it, when they're shipping it, and when it was delivered. ALL THE SAME ORDER NUMBER. Don't know why it was so difficult for her to use the order number to look up the purchase. Instead, she clearly expressed the annoyance on her face when she couldn't find the order with my number, and just talked to her coworker about what cookies she's going to bake. Cashier: Korinne.
