I took my son to see Audrey today. She was great, and it was a lot of fun watching her cut his hair (it was to the middle of his back). He had a very specific cut that he wanted (kind of like a Korean boy band shaggy mullet), and she nailed it. She educated him on how to reproduce how she styled it as well. It was a great experience. Thank you for a great cut and for making my sweet boy beam with happiness!

I went yesterday on July 8 24 and I asked a worker were the bronze drop were and she had an attitude with me I didn’t do anything wrong and so I left. Poor service!

I needed a new moisturizer, so I visited my local Ulta store. As I entered, Ren greeted me warmly. A few minutes later, she approached me and was extremely polite and professional. She listened attentively to my concerns and addressed them with patience. Ren was very knowledgeable about the products I inquired about and provided clear and concise answers to all my questions. Overall, I am very impressed with the level of customer service Ren provided. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and I highly recommend that other Ulta customers speak to her when visiting the N Durango store.

Helpful like always! I wish I could remember the girls name. She's the best. Always so helpful. We've been in several times over the last few months and she's always helped us. I came in I gave my daughter a back to school budget. She helped her pick out everything she wanted/needed without over priced. I love when people don't pick one individual brand and tell you this is all you need. Definitely brought her around the store, asking and being just so helpful. Man I wish I could remember her name. Walked out with a very happy daughter who didn't break the bank. Much appreciated!

the manager was nice but employees will give you nasty looks , definitely need a thick skin to deal with these rude ladies. Also NONE of their survey links work. I’d rather shop at another location than deal with their rude employees that refuse to help

Too bad it doesn’t exist zero stars for this location. Yesterday, I was shopping there and I asked an employee named Ezzy, who had her name tag covered with her hair, what was the price of two creams I was holding.
With a nasty way she replied back: they are not on sale! Full price is in front of you!
Then I asked her about a kit to give me the price and she said: It’s in front of you by pointing with her finger the tag. She continued said: If you can read they are in front of you.
She never replied back with any price she was asked. She was discriminating against me and my accent so badly, this had never happened to me. At her third nasty answer Ezzy heard my mouth ! Shame on her! So poor customer service!

All I have to say is go to Sephora next door inside Kohls instead. I've been coming here since this location opened but never again. I went in with my mom looking for something specific and then we browsed around. She was looking for something at No7 skincare because they have a promotion. One of the sales manager named IZZY approached my mom and asked if she needed help. My mom was holding 2 creams in her hands and asked the price and then if those creams had any promotion. IZZY tells my mom "well if you look right there you'll see that it's only the kits" so my mom grabs a kit and asks the price because each kit had a different price and the paper in front of the kit said $69.99-$79.99. IZZY says "if you take a look at the paper it says right there." She was talking to my mom like she was illiterate and stupid. My mom has an accent but that doesn't mean she can't comprehend English. If you're not in the mood for customer service then don't offer to help us because IZZY approached us first. Also it's 2024 - we shouldn't be discriminating against accents or ethnicity or race. This interaction left a terrible taste in my mouth and because I am very protective of my mom l asked to speak to the main manager named SAMANTHA. She apologized and said that shouldn't have happened. Ulta do better and teach your employees not to discriminate customers just because English isn't their first language. Thank you!
