Bought a car about 2 years ago and I’m still finding things wrong first it was the brakes and rotors they said they were going to replace ended up not doing anything then it was the motor and transmission mounts then it was the water pump and thermostat then it was the radiator, all in the first year of owner ship as of now Im working on getting 2 new front struts and rear shocks as they have been leaking since the purchase. All in all this place is a scam and the salesman and owner gave zero care to make things right. Do not ask for Pablo he is a very shady salesman.

Not sure this is an auto dealership. Products not ready, lackluster assistance a d the one vehicle I was interested in didn't even have a left windshield wiper among other issues. Hadn't been washed in weeks.
Not for me.

This dealership is a great place to go. I got a truck from them about 6months ago and it's been reliably getting me where I have to go with only a few issues. Any time an issue has come up, ultimate auto and Paublo have been there to help me diagnose and fix the issue. I strongly recommend going here if you need a car. Prices are reasonable and service is great.

Horrible place!! Don’t go here paid a thousand to get my truck fixed and they had it for a week only to have engine problems when I got it back. Also got the truck from them only had it for 3 months smh if you wouldn’t buy a car from Matilda’s dad don’t buy it here

Stay away from this place!!!! They inspect their own cars and beware!!! They will sell you a car and the engine will go out in 7 months and you will be out of luck and stuck with years of car payments!! You will be better going to offer up!! These guys are scammers and don’t help you out!!! I am getting a lawyer on this place!!!! They sell junk cars for thousands of dollars over what they are worth knowing the cars are junk!!!!!

Horrible dealer!!! I helped my son get an suv from here!! It's a complete lemon!! Had it six months and it keeps breaking down!! They are not honest!!! Stay away from this dealership!!! We are making payments and the car is not reliable!! This place should be shut down!!!! They act like they will help and don't!! Truck needs a new head gasket!! They will sell you a car knowing there are things wrong with it!!! Stay away from this place!!!

Look how the owner left my car after buying a used truck from him and done passed business with this guy. Please warning to everyone PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE HERE. the owner will let the employees talk you how ever they want and this owner is crooked he will forward your signature on documents just to get a sale and he will steal your identity

I work for myself mobile. Basically if I don't work I don't get paid. Long story short-I was parked and the coolant started draining like a hose all over the street! Luckily Ultimate auto repairs came to my rescue! Put in a new radiator in a day. I Got back to work the next day! I have been searching for a reliable, reasonable turn around time (actually quicker than I have experienced in the past) and nearby shop for years! Anyone looking for reliable, honest and goes beyond expectations go here!

Brought in my wife’s 2011 Crown Victoria to Jose and his crew for a oil change , full inspection and window regulator to be done .I called around the valley and everyone was quoting me over $200.00 what Jose at Ultimate Auto quoted me and they got it done the same day ! The staff was awesome and had no problem answering all of my questions and made me feel secure that they were the right shop for me . They also have a good selection of cars for sale which are priced very well for todays crazy market .
