Not a great experience. I visited the store looking for jewelry and found a necklace that seemed perfect as a gift. It was pricey at $90, but I bought it specifically because of the charm it had on it. That was the key detail that made it gift-worthy.
The employee helping me was friendly and assisted in looking at other pieces. The necklace was purchased, nicely packaged as a gift, was never opened before giving it to the recipient.
Unfortunately, when the gift was opened, the charm wasn’t there. I contacted the store and was told the charm was a separate item and cost an additional $40. At no point during the purchase was this explained to me, if it had been, I wouldn't have gone through with it.
I expressed my concerns and asked if they could work with me on resolving the issue. I never received a response.
Overall, this felt misleading and disappointing, especially given the total cost. I expected more transparency and better customer service.

I can't say enough about how great the team is at The Venetian location. I have purchased items for my wife in the past at locations around the country.
When we were shopping there in February, I casually mentioned that our new purchase could replace a bracelet of her's that had recently broke. Monique told us that they could do repairs.
We mailed in a couple of bracelets and for a minimal fee they were repaired and shipped backed to us bagged and boxed and good as new. Ohthip kept in constant contact with us on the status of the repairs and she did a wonderful job.
Truly wonderful customer service.

Expensive, poor quality, ZERO customer service.
My partner and I purchased a gold choker at this store yesterday. After one wear, the metal started severely bending out of shape. We figured that the item was either defective or was bending due to the result of poor quality. We were going to return it, but the store failed to inform us that all sales are FINAL. There are no returns at this store (the necklace was not discounted, discontinued, or anything, this was a full price, in season item).
My partner splurged on this $300 necklace. They now cannot wear it, and do not want to trade it for another item that will likely begin to bend and become unwearable in a short time (as this necklace did). Do NOT buy this brand. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction and the products, while beautiful, are not made with quality.

I found this store when I was in Vegas in May. They were so friendly providing excellent customer service. They informed me of a promotion the company was offering. When I came back to Florida I took advantage of the promotion dealing directly with this store in Vegas rather than the ones in Florida. They didn’t disappoint me and provided the service promised on our first meet. I recommend this store to anyone visiting or living in Vegas. I will be continued support for your store. Thank you again!!

I highly recommend purchasing your next jewelry piece at this store. They have edgy, unique, quality pieces that will for sure get you compliments. Their customer service is outstanding. Kevin was beyond helpful to me and made my shopping experience so much fun.

I celebrated my 50th birthday in Las Vegas, and my husband got me a UNOde50 earring and bracelet set. Unfortunately after 6 months the pin of one of the earrings broke, but they don't have stores in California, so I saved it for when I got back to Las Vegas. This month I went to Las Vegas for an event, and went back to the store to find out if they could solve my problem, they kept calling me and yesterday I received the call that there were only 3 matching earrings in Miami, but that I would have to buy a new one. I hoped that at least they would be aware, because I didn't look for it before because there are no stores in my state. I don't advise you to buy in that store, it was an expensive gift, and now I can't use it, I'll never buy it again, poor quality jewelry. I sent an email to the UNOde50 factory in Spain and they don't even respond. They should at least fix the earring.

Really disappointed with what I received. I ended up returning everything. Earrings were super small and I ordered on thinking it was a set and I only received one earring.

I had this bracelet on my wrist 15 minutes and my son and daughter were jokingly ( I hope ⁉️) calling dibs on it when I pass on. Uno de 50 has a unique product that will speak too you and will be a conversation piece for others.
Special shout out too KY from the Las Vegas Venetian store. Her bright personality is well suited for both your customers and product ❤️
