This place is amazing! Everyone is super friendly. Price is on par with other similar places. They make sure all my stuff is taken care of. I highly recommend using this location for all your shipping and P.O. Box needs.

I shipped merch here to hold because I was having a vendor booth in Vegas this weekend. Marsha walked me through the process before I shipped them, called me when the packages arrived there and was so nice when I picked them up. I was nervous about the package getting turned away or anything going wrong, but it went so smoothly. Excellent customer service!!

Horrible experience, this is our neighborhood UPS store and every time we unfortunately don’t have time to visit a different location it’s always a horrible experience. The lady that works in there is one of the rudest people I have had to deal with. You get lots of negative under the breath remarks, sighs, and just an overall negative interaction. Not once in 5 years of using this location have I had even a decent interaction. The people giving 5 stars obviously know the franchise owners and are trying to raise their dismal rating. Trust the real reviews and steer clear of the people that magically “popped into” this location once and had such an amazing over the top experience at a UPS store that they had to rush home and rave about it. I will be boycotting this location and will make sure to share with all my friends and neighbors in the area.

I have never used this location before. I am usually at the other end of town, but I was in the area and had to get a package dropped off for UPS so I stopped in at the Rancho location. I was greeted with a very friendly gentleman with a great beard. I was in and out - UPS has my information in their system so it is always a very easy and friendly situation. Keep up the good work.

As a person who struggles with a disability and is in a wheelchair I usually have difficulty doing things on my own. The employee who helped us (Khrys) was very respectful and helpful. She is very polite, informative and patient. Her skills as a customer representative are great, she goes above and beyond. My family and I will continue shopping with UPS especially at this location. Great employees!

Not sure why this place is sitting at 3.7 starts. I go out of my way to go to this UPS. Yes, the parking can kind of suck if you have a lot of packages but that's more because of Smith's than anything else.
The workers here are great. They have all been there for quite a while. It's always good to go in and see a familiar face. They also all know what they're doing. No waiting around for someone else to come click or scan something because the clerk you have is new.
They are also never understaffed. They always have 3 or 4 people good to go, and if that's not enough, the owner comes over and starts grabbing boxes.
That my 2 cents anyway.

Complete Incompetent notary … been doing notary without any issue at any ups branch for more than 10 years… for any reason this particular one is not able to! Don’t waste your time at this branch. I actually got it done at the closest branch without any issues. Thanks to them.
