My transactions with this location are always smooth and quick.....amazon returns, notary service, etc. My only peeve is that the notary comes in the late morning 🌄 Notary is super friendly 👌

Day of visit May 6th 2025 at around 8:30am, the woman named Denise attending me (I believe she was Latina with medium lenth hair) refused to take my package and wouldn't believe me that I CLEANLY peeled off a lable. And wouldn't accept no matter what. Then she said I could get another box and put it in that one? So if I said it's in a new box instead of the original she would have accepted it?
Update: Went to another ups store, the guy scanned my qr code, asked no questions just a quick in and out experience. Idk why that lady wanted to pick a fight with me for no reason or whatever trust issues she has but I do wish she finds peace.🙏
Moral of the story: Basic business 101 customer is always right.

I don't vist this store often but I came in right before closing, I got assistance with Denise and she was great, super fast with getting everything I needed done and her attitude was so refreshing.
