Do not come to this location, go to any other location.
First, they put the wrong shipping labels on my packages, which was after they charged me over $100 drop off fee.
After discovering their mistake, I was trying to track down my packages and after calling them the staff began to use swear words at me, attempted to bring up religious justifications for their actions, and tell me they do not handle lost item reports.
The staff at this store is very unprofessional, do not use this store.

John at The UPS Store is one of those people who truly stands out in customer service. From the moment you walk in, you can tell he genuinely cares about the work he does and about making sure customers are taken care of. He’s extremely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right, and you can see the determination in the way he handles every task.
Since the store has come under new management, the changes have been very noticeable — and John is a big reason why. The store is much cleaner, more organized, and overall running far better than before. He takes the time to keep everything in order, making it a much smoother and more pleasant experience for customers. You can tell he takes pride in keeping the store looking its best and operating efficiently.
On top of that, John has a friendly and professional attitude that makes customers feel welcome. Whether it’s helping with shipping needs, printing services, or answering questions, he’s knowledgeable and patient. It’s clear he’s working hard to improve the store and make it a better place for everyone, and the results show. This location is lucky to have him, and the difference he’s making is something every customer can see.

This particular UPS store located at 3400 Paradise Rd inside the Renaissance Hotel has not one visible sign outside this establishment. This confused myself and the Google maps. I was lost until I started asking questions. Finally I located the UPS store.

I’m stunned this “independent” location is even allowed to operate under the UPS brand. Dropped my package off at 11am on a weekday and it was never scanned into their system properly after paying a handling fee on a pre paid item. Thankfully, the receiver was able to track down my package. I inquired with this specific location about a refund for the $25 “handling” fee, considering they didn’t handle and scan my package properly but I have yet to hear back. I thought this would be a convenient choice staying at a hotel on the strip nearby but I highly recommend going elsewhere for your shipping needs.

Don’t go here, overpriced and staff is rude. They wanted to charge us $80 for a small box, we went across the street at the FedEx on Westgate hotel and it was $18 🙃 and the staff was way nicer.

First, the location of this store is in the Renaissance hotel so it’s not an easily accessible location. There is no parking, you have to have permit parking. Second, this was the messiest store I’ve seen. There were literally boxes everywhere so my first thought walking into the store was they are going to lose my package. Third, I wasted my time because they charge for drop off that should be free! I already paid $7 for a prepaid label from the seller and they wanted to charge me an additional $10 for drops offs. No thank you!!! Don’t come here if you just want to drop something off real quick. You are going to waste your time like I did and money!!
