5 STARS for Sean! I arrived just before closing and Sean was kind and quick in helping me. Having being injured recently, Ive been moving slower than anticipated. Many in his position would have already been closed 5 min early as its the weekend like I've experienced countless times! (Plan ahead people) He even made sure I got my receipts as well before I left. All with a great attitude. Thanks again Sean, you're awesome and a true professional!!

We went there Saturday January 27th to drop boxes off in the morning and again in the evening and your counter guy could not have been more helpful even going out of his way to make sure that we got our packages shipped without having to wait until Sunday morning to ship them. Thank you so much for an excellent shipping experience!

Deceptive cover image. Not actually a free standing store and everyone knows to stay out of the shipping centers inside the hotels because they charge you extra fees and are a total rip off.

Ubered here to be able to send a UPS package. no way to package my items to send (boxes / envelopes/ etc) and nobody in behind the counter despite knocking on the counter and yelling out “HELLO? ARE THERE ANY EMPLOYEES HERE?”. don’t come here.

The guy from the store closed besote the hour. And even i was there standing by the door cause i has an emergency. He didn’t care at all. And on top of that he made a favor to other girl that came after me. Zero emphaty zero service zero.

The store close earlier, we are here at 5 and expecting it to be open… but apparently it closed at 4. Maps and the webpage are wrong.

I dropped a package with a pre-printed label for overnight shipping and they lost my package! It was a VERY important package for my business and the manager Navi, told me the package was picked up however i contacted UPS customer service and they got me to the hub office here in Vegas and they told me the package was indeed NOT at that location and the store still had it. I will NEVER use this location again EVER! Horrible customer service and they stole my package!

They charge a fee for dropping pre paid packages - had to pay USD 20 extra just to drop the package. Total ripp off - stay away. Bad image for UPS! Will use different provider next time.

Prices rise by the minute at this establishment with no guarantees (unless you pay for premium). Couldn't help but leaving with a feeling of gloom, highly recommend other shipping options.

Staying at the attached hotel on business, for some reason this UPS store took my packages, and tried to charge me to receive them.That's unacceptable

They tried to charge me $10 for an Amazon free return. I called Amazon and reported this UPS store. Amazon explained that a free UPS amazon return has NO EXTRA CHARGE, and this UPS store is scamming people. If you check the comment section everyone is complaining that this UPS store is charging people for Amazon returns which are supposed to be free. Call amazon and let them know. Also, the lobby of this UPS store is unlocked with unsecured packages everywhere and no clerk in sight. After waiting for 30 minutes the clerk appeared, he was very rude and arrogant. Everything feels wrong about this place. Never go there and let Amazon know what is going on. Just call the Amazon customer service.

Unscrupulous, arrogant, and rude. Independent franchise, not owned by UPS, so they get away with waylaying unsuspecting victims and taking advantage of them.If you simply must do some business here for the sake of convenience or whatever, make sure you know absolutely all there is to know and what it will cost you.
