Thank you Ashley for making my 3rd year renewing my mail box so pleasant.
I NEVER had any issues getting my packages as long as I been using This UPS store.
customer service been Amazing so I not sure about any negative review left to this location. You Guy make my life so much easier getting my mail and packages that I had to take my time and leave this review.

They fulfill all of my package, fax, and return needs. Everything gets done nice and smoothly. The staff is very friendly. Even when they are busy things get done in a timely matter.

That UPS store has been there forever (formerly Mail Box ETC.) Nice place to do business with. The original owners sold it burt it is still a very friendly and service oriented business !!!

The girl with the short blonde hair and piercings is rude she was must not have realized I still at the counter because she was in the back and proceeded to talk bad about me to her co worker because I took paper out the printer I didn't know I have been to other UPS stores where they allowed me to take the paper out the printer and she was busy with another customer so I didn't want to bother. The other girl behind the counter doesn't know what she's doing pretty much I paid $18 to get my letter sent within two to three days it took over a week to get there I really should be refunded my money back she screwed everything up poor customer service just everything in general about that store is horrible and I've never had a bad experience at UPS and you can't get a hold of them bc when I was trying to find out where my letter was the phone line is busy I had to call another UPS store to find out she sent my package through United States postal service when it was supposed to be through UPS

Definitely do NOT come here to print anything unless it’s a major order. They charged me $3 for ONE PIECE OF PAPER. Unfortunately, I needed it so I paid but I did the same thing at a different location (printed 1 piece of paper) on Monday and it cost me $1.09. They are definitely overcharging. But the employees are nice and fast so that’s a plus.
